My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

Iv been depressed for very long and i needed this , i lost my mother at the age of 5 and honestly i never moved on , and now last year my precious sisters aged 13 and 10 moved very far away from me for schooling purposes, i feel so alone i have no one with me now . But reading your comments made me cry , thank you so much . It takes alot for me to cry and this was wonderful to listen to and to read most of these comedies were just splendid. It’ll be ok. Yes the depression is horrible. We may have different stories but I believe you and I both can identify with the pain. From pain comes growth. We do not grow when we’re comfortable. We grow in those moments of pain. We grow by having the faith in the darkest of times. I have been there. But I finally arrived to a place in my life I’ve never been. The depression is gone. Jesus entered my life. And this doesn’t mean u need to be religious. It’s funny cause when people see me they say what’s different about you?. U find religion or something???...... I suffer from depression & anxiety. But listening to relaxing stuff & looking @ the scenery of beautiful pics of the waves comi g & rolling back out. Nice to just lay back close your eyes & put yourself n that scenery to listen & feel the stress melt away. I'm here for people no matter where you are @ in this world. Great video! My five year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. It's tough to let go of someone you care about. I can relate, my 12year relationship also ended, and I struggled to move on. I tried everything to get him back, even seeking help from a spiritual counselor who ultimately helped me reconnect with him.

My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

Iv been depressed for very long and i needed this , i lost my mother at the age of 5 and honestly i never moved on , and now last year my precious sisters aged 13 and 10 moved very far away from me for schooling purposes, i feel so alone i have no one with me now . But reading your comments made me cry , thank you so much . It takes alot for me to cry and this was wonderful to listen to and to read most of these comedies were just splendid. It’ll be ok. Yes the depression is horrible. We may have different stories but I believe you and I both can identify with the pain. From pain comes growth. We do not grow when we’re comfortable. We grow in those moments of pain. We grow by having the faith in the darkest of times. I have been there. But I finally arrived to a place in my life I’ve never been. The depression is gone. Jesus entered my life. And this doesn’t mean u need to be religious. It’s funny cause when people see me they say what’s different about you?. U find religion or something???...... I just simply say I’ve finally found god.. with him everything is possible. I will pray for you right now .. whoever you are, wherever in the world you are. I suffer from depression & anxiety. But listening to relaxing stuff & looking @ the scenery of beautiful pics of the waves comi g & rolling back out. Nice to just lay back close your eyes & put yourself n that scenery to listen & feel the stress melt away. I'm here for people no matter where you are @ in this world. Just remember we're all human & we make mistakes we all suffer from pain in some shape or form. But we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, & we keep pushing forward. Being there for each other. I saw a blue light and not a word was spoken but I could feel it filling me with overwhelming love and it moved me to tears. I cannot wait to go under again. What a wonderful experience to feel all this energy surging through my body.
