I've been listening these type of music for almost 2 weeks before going to sleep to relax, get my daily stress out about life, work, family stuff, self doubt, overthinking, etc. And has helped considerably and even I've been feeling some change in me that i can't explain. I’ve just been diagnosed with cancer.. and have been listening to this daily. Tomorrow I go for a big procedure and I’m hoping it’s not as painful as last time. I wish they could play this to me to keep me calm during it, as I have to be awake for the surgery.

I think a bout the future and wonder what's going to happen to me? I can't control it so I finally have let it go. I am going to enjoy the blessings of another day and smile. I wasn’t able to sleep the past few nights, so I finally decided it was time to ask my boyfriend who at this time is far away, what he was listening to to fall asleep, and he sent me this… So cool. It made me so relaxed, cleared my mind from overthinking and I peacefully fell asleep, with my body not hurting like it was the past couple of days.
