Geez. In most US states, 80,000 lbs is the limit without special permits. Ive gone up to 86,200 lbs (oops, no weigh station available, $1,230 fine plus fork lift bills).
@@glennoropeza3545 depends, where in Alberta you’re hauling too, how much bush/gravel roads it’s hauled on compared to the amount of pavement on the route. Depends on the gear ratio and how much power the truck has. But anywhere from 3-6 mpg. Search of Timelapse trucker on RUclips and you can watch some of his videos and see the types of bush roads we drive on. Very extremely muddy icy and steep hill climbs. We get pushed from graders or pulled by d7 and d8 caterpillars. I’ve been pulled up some hills where the caterpillar d8 is slipping it’s tracks and struggling to pull me

Generally, when some dude is showing off his shifting you can't even hear the engine anymore because the microphone is completely overloaded with noise. Not this guy though. Could it be automatic transmission, or does this driver actually know how to handle a manual?
