The thing about LeBron, you have to value his input. I've seen him get 'turned off' by some coaches in the past who he felt weren't trying to get on the same page. The Lakers were very smart to hire JJ Redick. LeBron made sure they had the chemistry first, and then it was 'go' time. LeBron may play for the Lakers another 3-4 more years.
