I noticed that, when shooting multiple balls at once, the first one mostly hits the basket while the subsequent ones tend to miss. I think in this case it is related to the RPM of the motors dropping after each launch. A flywheel might help stabilize this. Other than that: Awesome build! You have another subscriber!
I think this would benefit from some lateral ties locking the bases together. They kick a bit on each launch and it eventually messes up the alignment.
That's a nice idea, and that was actually how I was initially planning to do it. The problem is, for whatever reason the batteries I was using in each battery box didn't give quite the same power (even though they all came from the same pack), so one of the launchers would always shoot the balls higher than the other. This meant I couldn't put the launchers in symmetrical positions because one of them would always miss, so I found it easier to just manually tweak their positions so that both of them could catch the balls. The other problem was that the batteries lost power over time the more I ran it, so the balls were being launched shorter distances and I had slowly bring the launchers closer together over time and I could't leave them at a fixed distance apart.
I know this is 5 months old by now, but if you want to revisit this in the future, I think you should re-evaluate your approach. You shouldn't have to shoot from different angles or offset the launchers, as long as you have the timing correct. For three ball juggling that just means the launchers alternating with a fixed time step which is dependent on the time the balls spend in the air. I also personally preferred the original launcher design, if you could figure out a way to stop the axle slipping.
balls flying around thrown by machines? add some instruments for those balls to bounce on to and you have recreated pipe dream (you should consider making it tho)
underrated channel

That last design was VERY elegant! The way it uses the incoming ball to trigger launching another 👌
great vid mate
Thank you!

Thanks!
