    Great topic and excellent info. I steer clear from production wine at all costs, ESPECIALLY in restaurants when ordering by the glass equates to drinking anything from sugar water to vinegar. I ALWAYS bring my own wine and rarely pay a corkage fee ( I give the extra gratuity to my server). Since Covid I’ve become quite the enthusiast and have put together a nice collection of “drink now” and cellar wines. I live in SW FLA so no actual cellar but I DO rent a wine storage cooler for aging. Great hobby, and YES, wine is good for you in SO many ways! Keep making vids! ✌️ 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🙏

    Hey Mike, great information on the last two videos. It's funny how the "production wine" names you mentioned (which I call junk wines) are the wines I stay farrrrr away from. From my esrliest days of wine discovery, I have never enjoyed cheap wines or wines that are sweet or jammy. WHen it comes to whites, I need minerality, crispness (not carbonation), some fruit, acidty and overall body. When it comes to reds, I need leather, tobacco, tannins, cocoa etc. I think those other wines are for the most part made for a younger generation, a generation that doesn't have a developed palate. Yes, there are old people who drink them as well but I think they are morepeople who have drinking issues in general. I actually review wine and while I am sure you don't want me to place my links here I will tell you that last night I just reviewed the 2021 Wete, Chardonnay - Morning Fog for which I paid $16.99 and thought it was an enjoyable Chard you might want to check out. I bought it from my local supermarket so hopefully you will see it on your shelves there.
