One thing that should be noted is that the 333Mhz clock speed was already unlocked by Sony official firmware a few years after the release of the console, and some games were actually designed with this clock speed as a requirement; so some of the later games won't show any improvements because they were already pushing the chip to the max.

this was one of the main misconceptions about the PSP. 333Mhz was not overclocking, it was simply the highest clock speed the CPU had available. Sony selected 222Mhz as a sweet spot for performance and battery life, and was the default speed of the XMB and most games. only a few of the last games like Birth by Sleep started to run on 333mhz by default.
the ease of how the CPU could adjust its clock frequency was one of the things i liked the most, there was a MP3 Player called LightMP3 that allowed you to set the freq to 20mhz and used the dedicated media decoder of the console to play mp3, it could stretch to almost 12 hours of music when the battery only lasted 3 on the default freq.

As a long time PSP and Vita modder, I would just like to say that it is not "overclocking", it is "max clocking" - within the hardware profiles Sony designed for the PSP hardware from the get go, but encouraged developers to leave alone whenever possible to maximize battery life and keep its portable gaming design. The slight exception to this is the 500mhz unlocked profile Vita hackers found late in the game above the original 444Mhz max clock - still within the original silicon spec, but not a developer accessible performance profile. The performance profiles available to developers was increased over time; Ready At Dawn famously had asked Sony to unlock the max clock 333Mhz mode for them during God of War COO's development.

I brought it everywhere. One of my favorite games of all time was on it. It was Tearaway. It is so nostolgic to me. I had borderlands 2 on it and brought it to my sisters basketball game when a little kid (younger than i was at the time, which was like 8) just straight up took it from my hands and started to play. I asked his mom for my vita back and she said "he's using it right now" i was too dumbfounded to get it back until the end of the game. I got it back. Careful with the PetG-HF, it seems that the properties are almost identical to PLA. But this also lowers the melting point, heat resistance and strength making it basically PLA but more poinenous and less eco friendly.

And yes I've been on the hunt to find an android phone that still allows for overclock so I can push one of those to the limits. The overclock seen for android is kind of sad these days. Most people just say "dont bother, it isn't worth it because it kills your battery", so it's really hard to find out which phone are completely locked down and which aren't.

Some points to condense others comments:
    1. The 3D printed inlay makes it clean but isn't exactly necessary (I get that he needs to plug the sponsor for the sponsor money *sigh*)
    2. Would have gotten the clear shell and made the clear inlay before destroying the original case (I get that maybe it's to eek out more time on the video because watch hours = more RUclips money) & bonus, the orinigal case, where the crack is you can heat weld that back together if you're careful, same with the power plug.
    3. Have never used and generally don't trust the dual-slot SD adapters
    4. You could have kept the silver inlay with the rectangular wireless charging interface, but a circular interface would have looked cleaner as well
    5. Back to the inlay; why didn't you put Kapton, Electrical tape, and then some heat shielding underneath the inlay??? Come on bro...
    6. K5 Pro is overkill for this build, though I understand not wanting to change thermal pads often
    7. You went this far and didn't do the dual stick mod??
    8. You went this far and didn't buy a screen protector, backup battery (in case the Samsung battery fails), or a clear hard shell protective case for the PSP??
    9. PSP firmware is already OC'd for later games on the PSP, it's better to OC the memory than the actual CPU (I think memory can go to 555 or 664mhz, don't have my PSP anymore, I have a vita, so it's hard to remember)
    10. Ya boi should know by now not to show Nintendo content if he doesn't want them finding him especially with all of the stuff going on with emulators, Palworld, and the one streamer that outed themself to Nintendo for using emulation and piracy.
The Vita is probably a better bet for OC, battery mod, screen mod, and USB C (don't know if someone has done wireless) and it plays and does everything the PSP can do through Adrenaline
I like seeing the expensive mods Zac does, but a lot of the stuff he does could be optimized better instead of trying to drag it along for total watch hours; so Zac, please build smarter, not longer... If you're going to continue doing retro mods, plan out the build just a little more especially if you're going to do a reshell anyways.

Also a wave of nostalgia when you mentioned the battery PCB since that was integral to hacking the PSP in the old days, the Pandora/Tool battery and Magic Memory Stick combo.

You *were* able to boot games off of a PSP's internal storage, though. Back before it was shut down, you were able to buy full games off of the PSP's store-front, and they would be downloaded and saved to the internal storage of the system, which you could then boot from. Nowadays, though, yeah you don't have many options outside of hacking.
