I appreciate you showing which products you use because I am very basic about my hair. I have 22" hair & don't like to color or cut it. I just had it cut yesterday after 1 year. I usually keep it braided or in a bun like you do to avoid it getting tangled or damaged. I have honestly been thinking about getting synthetic dred's because it keeps them braided since I keep it up most of the time anyways. The only reason I am more protective of it is because in 3 weeks I start chemo so I am going throu extreme anxiety so which me luck & thank you again!!!

Can you explain why you don't do full ROM in your deadlift? I mean hip extension. You stop at certain angle and not ''squeezing'' your glutes fully to stand upright.

What does hip thrust 4 x 6,8,10,12 mean? I feel so stupid asking i know 4 means sets but does it mean the first set do 8, second set do 8, 10, and 12?
