    i love so much how you were describing progressive overload by focusing more on form and going slower because i also recently discovered that as well where I go super slow in my sets and i noticed my muscles start hurting a lot quicker, even with lighter weights. at first i thought i lost muscle but then i realized by going slower i was actually making it harder on myself

    • @Ibadmukhtar
      @Ibadmukhtar 2 года назад +8

      thats exactly what im doing too! working on my form and going slower with the sets to feel the tension. keep it up girl!!

    You are a breath of fresh air and your energy is infectious. Most influencers in fitness are preachy and don't eat any bread so it's refreshing to see your results in spite of consuming bread. Bread is not the devil lol 😂 everything in moderation. I love that your goal is to be healthy and feel good 👍

    It's about slowing down the movement and really working deep and concentrated into it and don't think you need to go really heavy I go light at home to build and practice good form and at the gym I test the water a bit and try to go up a little bit so my muscles adapt I have a joint condition but I work around it and do what I can to get stronger slow and low to target your muscles deeper and focus on the form 💪

    Good point about going too far up on the range, which gives you a break.
    So many people on IG are adding in compound movements that don't relate. Which does exactly the same thing -- gives them a break inbetween each rep.
    Nice thinking, as always.

    Hello, I hope you see my comment: I am getting in shape since late last year and still struggling to see results. I was skin fat before with a lot of fat in my mid sections (waist, lower back and belly). But, I have gone straight to gaining muscles in my glutes by eating more and weight lifting. I realized my mid sections also grow by a lot. Now I'm eating less to lost my mid sections and my glutes muscles also reduces. I am feeling very unmotivated. Should I start from losing all the fats and only after that, re-start all over again for gaining glutes. I'm so lost. :(

    • @Ibadmukhtar
      @Ibadmukhtar 2 года назад +2
