@@AkariToAO She's a great athlete. There are words for that. Calling her a “beast” and a “dragon” are inappropriate names because these words refer to bad creatures, and have little to no relationship actually, but it's a modern trend to call someone spectacular, masterful, etc. a “beast”. Yikes. My knees hurt really bad just watching this!!! I've had one knee replacement, and about to get my other one done. Please take care of your knees!!!!
The trampoline doesn't seem like a very effective exercise for this sport since it doesn't push back like the ground will. It also seems to be reducing her jump height in those other exercises. Could someone more knowledgeable explain this to me?
Its simulating what your legs will see and feel on a race run. The small hops are simulating the bumps in the course you will have to absorb at high speed then the jump in a tuck is there to simulate prejumping in a race to get over a feature that is going to send you in the air. Its all about being able to be explosive and agile even when your legs are burning. The race runs are rarely more than 2 minutes long but its the hardest 2 minutes of your life skiing like that at the high end.
Those who have never tried slalom will never appreciate the strength and power needed to control your skis at speed. This is usually why so many beginners wipe out when they catch a little speed as they simply don’t have the strength. It’s exhausting!!!
downhill skiing by the look and this is the easy part! you aren't being whipped by gates! well done to this young lady you really have to be committed and being the best in the world will take that along with a will to succeed!

As someone who ran track and will run high school track this yr, its really damn hard to jump over a hurdle like that especially not running a head start
You would probably benefit from some similar plyometrics, for building explosive power and tendon strength. Martial arts training for me included many tyre bounces and full burpees 🤢 Soon back on the hill sprints which are basically fast plyos
