I’m shock at how bad this season was compared to Season 1 😂 It’s still better than most modern slop, but they definitely lost the magic with this season compared to season 1. 7.7/10
2020's adaptations have been excellent....some off the top of my head, in no particular order Sonic/Sonic2 Super Mario Bros The Last Of Us Fallout The Witcher Castlevania
The way that Harry Lloyd switches his accent so easily is just mesmerising. He has given Viktor the most angelic and comforting voice throughout these two beautiful seasons and his performance deserves so much more love and recognition! He truly is the most GLORIOUS actor/voice actor out there in my opinion 🙌💙
The singing part with Heimerdinger was SO well done and took my completely by surprise the moment I realized who is supposed to be singing there. Mick Wingert has an amazing voice!
Right!! It was so cool to hear him play it in the scene, and listening to it again while focusing on the lyrics it’s so beautiful. Feels like a father’s advice on navigating the perils of life. Also I love that they chose a banjo. Really beautifully done
Same! It simultaneously provided a moment of quiet reflection in this alternate dimension, but also put into perspective the past and the fight to come. Ekko choosing to leave what was objectively a better life, and Heimerdinger making a choice of his own to help Ekko return to and save their original timeline, was about as selfless as you could get!
Finally some Katie Leung content. I was hoping she also spend some time promoting the show. She has been so important specially this season. i want to see more of her.
With how central Caitlyn has been this season, I was a bit disappointed that she wasn't featured at the start of the promotions, but it's nice to see her included now.

I've never been so obsessed with a series. My bf is a big league player and he got me into arcane about 2 years ago and I have been amazed ever since. The amount of times I've cried because its just that good.

he's been doing really well in VA. He recently voiced the main villain from Final Fantasy XVI(which was also similar to Viktor's final form in S2, an emotionally detached magic god with a grand design in mind). hope they cast him in other types of roles as well, cause he is really good and in GoT also shown charm, sweet talk, and anger, which weren't too present in his recent roles
it really makes a difference when the show is a pure product of passion from everyone involved. this made me so emotional, what a tremendous job they did

The whole budget for Arcane was worth 100%. My deepest respect to the writers, producers, animators, music composers, actors and every single person who contributed on this masterpiece.
All the haters and nitpickers on Twitter should watch this. The show is absolutely incredible and I don’t see how anyone could not like it. The amount of work fortiche and the actors put into this show is beyond anything imagined. They put their hearts and souls into Arcane. The characters, relationships, storyline, graphics and music are at the top of all shows I’ve watched. Arcane will always be my favorite show to watch. I always catch more the more I watch it. Never gets boring.
I mean there are fair critisisms you can make. I for one feel that the ending got too big too quick and so lost some of its initmacy. Perhaps it could have used another act to build slower too it, and clean it up a little. That being said, its still a fantastic show!
@@__-fm5qv the point of the story is the urgency of the situation, thats why people think its rushed, people are dissatisfied yet look at the circumstances, i think the pacing was just fine. its a story of tragedy, not one with happy endings with everyone's favorite ships together and focusing on the intimacy, when in fact people need to see the bigger picture. it was never going to end well no matter what there is nothing to clean up. you dont need extra dialogue to get the point across

By no means was the plot bad, but I would have liked it to have been a bit more spaced out to witness the characters’ growth, a lot of which seemed to have happened off screen.
the show is 100% amazing and hope the studio can do more high quality productions of this type. But the 2nd season just had too many stories and conflicts to tell, and between the anomaly and hextech , arcane, black rose mages it got too complicated, while the emotional focus was still mainly on vi and jinx. Felt like too many duos and not enough connection without the upper / undercity rivarly or the big councle to bring things together.
@@5p1t definitely could’ve been split between two seasons, with season 2 perhaps ending at Isha’s death as well as Viktor’s “death”, and season 3 spending more time on Ekko and Mel, as well as spending more time on Vi and Jinx’s development during the aftermath of Vander’s death and lead-up to the war.
Thank you riot and fortiche and the artists, musicians, voice actors, animators every single person who has contributed to this masterpiece in any way. Thank you so much for this insanity. This show has truly irrevocably changed me forever. I will never ever forget it in this lifetime. Thank you for the wonderful stories and plot and female characters and layers and representation!!! Arcane will always be one of my favorite shows, like Hailee said, “the dynamics and perception of self” like I won’t spoil it if people haven’t seen it but this show is something powerful and yet emotional in a sense. I will always resonate with Vi, Jinx, Caitlyn, and everybody in Season 2. I don’t think I have cried so much watching a show like Arcane. Arcane’s story will always live on in my heart ❤

Im the biggest Caitlyn fan and i absolutely love her so much but i gotta say that Hailee and Ella make Jinx and Vi so unique, so special, so beautiful, this show, the art and everything behind it is a masterpiece, i will never get over it
The miracle of Arcane is its ability to have many main characters and interwoven plotlines. When Jayce shoots Viktor it causes your mind to rush through all of the characters and ask how it is going to impact everyone on an individual level. It puts us all in the mind of Viktor, looking for some type of resolution in the chaos of reality.
There was no reason for anyone who worked on this show to go this hard with everything but somehow they all did and for that I am forever thankful. Arcane is just a masterpiece and everyone who was a part of it can be so proud
Everything about this show is great but the cast specifically knocked it out of the park. Every actor delivered an A+ performance and made me care for each of their characters so much.
Kevin Alejandro's normal voice already sounds exactly like Jayce, I think he's the closest to sound like his character in a normal conversation out of all the voice actors cast.
Perfect series. The animation, the music, the characters, the depth, the lines, the world, everything. I took days off and set my alarm at midnight so I could go on Netflix every act and watch every episode in a row as soon as they came out.
Thank you all guys, you gave us serious traumas and heartbreaks but also one of, if not THE greatest videogame adaptation ever. How is that even possible that I cried 2 TIMES just by watching this video? One was about Jinx and Isha’s relationship and the other 7:53 “I’m always with you, even when we’re worlds apart”………. I hoped Arcane would have ended differently, especially for Jinx and I hoped Isha would have come back, I knew it was too much, I know it was too boring, too cliche, too sweet. Still, I hoped. Yet, I cannot deny what a Masterpiece this series was, is and will be. Thanxx Riot and Fortiche. Thank you Jinx. Isha you will always be with me. I’m biased but I have to thanks directly these two amazing women. Thank you everyone and thank you ARCANE.
This season was nearly perfect. It wasn't as good as I expected but as Jayce said that there is a beauty in imperfection. they made you who you are. This season in emotional and visual rollercoaster. And all I have to say is this was an experience I will never forget. Truly a masterpiece by big M. And now I will patently wait for what comes next for this world. Goodbye Arcane and thank you for this incredible journey
Heimerdinger feeling rejected by Zaun in his world and not having a place to belong, and then finding that in the alternate universe and choosing to stay there filled my heart with such sorrow and joy for his character. He got Ekko home and stayed where he was not only welcomed but had Powder and another Ekko to teach, love, and be a part of this beautiful version of Zaun. I loved his arc and happy ending.
i could watch a whole 5 hours (and more!!!) documentary series of this show and i wouldn’t get bored of it. so glad i had the chance to experience arcane
Arcane will go down as the greatest animated show ever made in HISTORY, everybody that was part of this project did a masterful incredible job. The writing, the voice acting, the glorious ANIMATION, it's absolute pure PERFECTION. i'm gonna miss this show to death man, can't wait to see new tales from Runeterra in future.
I'm never gonna stop talking about "Arcane". This show taught me what is acceptance. If someone you love going to change just accept the way they are. The moments we have with the our loved ones it's not infinite but love is.
My favourite scene would have to be the Caits mums funeral. Heartbreakingly beautiful. The whole show was a masterpiece. I sometimes think its so ahead of its time that some people just cant grasp its brilliance. For me, this show was a love story. The love of family.. lovers.. friendships.. Become hero's or villains. Sacrifice. It was so poetic. I wish we got one more season with these characters. Well done to the Arcane team.
The soundtrack to Season 2 was probably the best I’ve ever heard. I can’t even think of any other songs that would mirror the scenes/characters any more perfectly! Literally one of the best animated shows ever to exist. I can’t believe they doubted the potential Arcane would have! It still boggles my mind how the art of Arcane was. To have that kind of vision to mix different art styles to present a mood or emotion - something other forms of film cannot produce.
this is the best piece of media ever shown the light of the world, like literally, i dont think theres a single field this show failed at, everything, from the wonderful animation to the deep moral messages, came out top notch. you can really tell this was a labour of love for everyone working on it. thank you for sharing with us :)

Season 2 has resonated to me so closely during this time and I don’t know how many times I’ve teared up watching it all come to an end. Been absolutely blown away by Arcane - deep dived and binged Season 1 & 1 in a oner, going in for a second go. Would love to know how the actors cue up their vocals to the animation, or is that done afterwards? Either way it must still be quite the challenge to emote the delivery - a whole other side to acting I hadn't considered
The only flaw this show has is that there is not enough episodes to take all the experiences in, we didn't get to see certain characters' conclusions or rather their interactions, for example Ekko and Jinx. I really would've loved to see them make up with each other, still tho, Arcane was one of the best things I have experienced as an one of a kind masterpiece.
I have loved animation since I was a kid, and this type of animation is the next level, this is a show that is so special to me, I never played the game but you don't need to. This is a whole experience and I love this show so much.
There will never be another character like Vi for me! I miss her already😭😭 Also I love her relationship with Cait but her and Jinx and their relationship were the heart of the show.
You're proud and you should be... this is something special in a time where mediocrity and overflow of shows oversaturates the consumer. It's been a long time since I've been that emotional hooked by a show. Respect from me, I'm a fan and I hope there is more to come from the creators!
I am not kidding when I tell you I'm crying watching this video. This is such a masterpiece, a fantastic work of art, and seeing every person that played a part in it loving Arcane so dearly, it's just amazing. Best voice casting in the history of animation, the voice actors and actresses they picked for Arcane are just so insanely perfect for each perfect. Like we already have this preconceived sound of many of these characters but they managed to pick voice actors that can outperform those in the game to the point I wish these were now the voices in the game This is quite rare as for example even with Henry Cavill as Geralt and he does the Geralt so well, I still just find myself preferring the game voice actor over Henry Cavill Voice acting aside everything about Arcane is just perfect from the animation quality (the detail level is insane), the style, the cinematography and the writing. It all just feels so real and emotional, I think for many people Arcane will forever be one of their all-time favourite animated series I know it certainly is for me! One of the things Arcane did best is manage to have so many individual characters have individual stories that had individual character arcs yet all come together so perfectly as well. Characters I hated in season 1 I fell in love with in season 2, characters I loved in season 1 I hated in season 2. That's just great storytelling!
The animation was absolutely stellar, even more so than last season, which i thought wouldn't be possible. But everything moved so fast, and I mourn for what could've been one of the best series finales in television history. Season 2 was still an incredible experience
The way you can see the facial characteristics of the actors come thru in the design of each character. It's such a cool merging of established LoL designs with the actual human actors
This show, its creators, actors, animators and writers are a beacon of hope in this time where in my opinion not the greatest movies or series adaptations of fantasy have been made

Its fitting he was in this show where literally so many characters got butchered and killed, viktor’s soul form even resembles viserys
Still baffles me how much of a difference there is in their character that it’s hard to believe they were ever played by the same person

Im the biggest Caitlyn fan and i absolutely love her so much but i gotta say that Hailee and Ella make Jinx and Vi so unique, so special, so beautiful, this show, the art and everything behind it is a masterpiece, i will never get over it

The miracle of Arcane is its ability to have many main characters and interwoven plotlines. When Jayce shoots Viktor it causes your mind to rush through all of the characters and ask how it is going to impact everyone on an individual level. It puts us all in the mind of Viktor, looking for some type of resolution in the chaos of reality.
This series was truely incredible. I have seen nothing as morally grey and complex as this.
There was no reason for anyone who worked on this show to go this hard with everything but somehow they all did and for that I am forever thankful. Arcane is just a masterpiece and everyone who was a part of it can be so proud
Everything about this show is great but the cast specifically knocked it out of the park. Every actor delivered an A+ performance and made me care for each of their characters so much.
What a great show Arcane is. Great Animation, Storrytelling, writing, voice acting, .... Simply brilliant.
I'm still trying to get over it but the soundtrack on Spotify keeps pulling me back in.

Kevin Alejandro's normal voice already sounds exactly like Jayce, I think he's the closest to sound like his character in a normal conversation out of all the voice actors cast.

Perfect series. The animation, the music, the characters, the depth, the lines, the world, everything. I took days off and set my alarm at midnight so I could go on Netflix every act and watch every episode in a row as soon as they came out.

How is that even possible that I cried 2 TIMES just by watching this video? One was about Jinx and Isha’s relationship and the other 7:53 “I’m always with you, even when we’re worlds apart”……….
I hoped Arcane would have ended differently, especially for Jinx and I hoped Isha would have come back, I knew it was too much, I know it was too boring, too cliche, too sweet. Still, I hoped.
Yet, I cannot deny what a Masterpiece this series was, is and will be.

This season was nearly perfect. It wasn't as good as I expected but as Jayce said that there is a beauty in imperfection. they made you who you are. This season in emotional and visual rollercoaster. And all I have to say is this was an experience I will never forget. Truly a masterpiece by big M. And now I will patently wait for what comes next for this world. Goodbye Arcane and thank you for this incredible journey
Heimerdinger feeling rejected by Zaun in his world and not having a place to belong, and then finding that in the alternate universe and choosing to stay there filled my heart with such sorrow and joy for his character. He got Ekko home and stayed where he was not only welcomed but had Powder and another Ekko to teach, love, and be a part of this beautiful version of Zaun. I loved his arc and happy ending.

When people cared more about the quality than the cost, you really get a masterpiece. I'm still wounded from this show, it's amazingly captivating.
Arcane will go down as the greatest animated show ever made in HISTORY, everybody that was part of this project did a masterful incredible job. The writing, the voice acting, the glorious ANIMATION, it's absolute pure PERFECTION. i'm gonna miss this show to death man, can't wait to see new tales from Runeterra in future.
I'm never gonna stop talking about "Arcane". This show taught me what is acceptance. If someone you love going to change just accept the way they are. The moments we have with the our loved ones it's not infinite but love is.
My favourite scene would have to be the Caits mums funeral. Heartbreakingly beautiful. The whole show was a masterpiece. I sometimes think its so ahead of its time that some people just cant grasp its brilliance. For me, this show was a love story. The love of family.. lovers.. friendships.. Become hero's or villains. Sacrifice. It was so poetic. I wish we got one more season with these characters. Well done to the Arcane team.
The soundtrack to Season 2 was probably the best I’ve ever heard. I can’t even think of any other songs that would mirror the scenes/characters any more perfectly! Literally one of the best animated shows ever to exist. I can’t believe they doubted the potential Arcane would have! It’s so brilliant, words cant possibly describe how amazing it is and how talented every animator and voice actors were ❤ Thank you for your service, Arcane !

It still boggles my mind how the art of Arcane was. To have that kind of vision to mix different art styles to present a mood or emotion - something other forms of film cannot produce.

Season 2 has resonated to me so closely during this time and I don’t know how many times I’ve teared up watching it all come to an end. Been absolutely blown away by Arcane - deep dived and binged Season 1 & 1 in a oner, going in for a second go. Would love to know how the actors cue up their vocals to the animation, or is that done afterwards? Either way it must still be quite the challenge to emote the delivery - a whole other side to acting I hadn't considered
The only flaw this show has is that there is not enough episodes to take all the experiences in, we didn't get to see certain characters' conclusions or rather their interactions, for example Ekko and Jinx. I really would've loved to see them make up with each other, still tho, Arcane was one of the best things I have experienced as an one of a kind masterpiece.
I have loved animation since I was a kid, and this type of animation is the next level, this is a show that is so special to me, I never played the game but you don't need to. This is a whole experience and I love this show so much.

There will never be another character like Vi for me! I miss her already😭😭 Also I love her relationship with Cait but her and Jinx and their relationship were the heart of the show.

I am not kidding when I tell you I'm crying watching this video. This is such a masterpiece, a fantastic work of art, and seeing every person that played a part in it loving Arcane so dearly, it's just amazing. Every single song, every single frame, every character, every emotion, I am speechless.

Best voice casting in the history of animation, the voice actors and actresses they picked for Arcane are just so insanely perfect for each perfect. Like we already have this preconceived sound of many of these characters but they managed to pick voice actors that can outperform those in the game to the point I wish these were now the voices in the game
This is quite rare as for example even with Henry Cavill as Geralt and he does the Geralt so well, I still just find myself preferring the game voice actor over Henry Cavill
Voice acting aside everything about Arcane is just perfect from the animation quality (the detail level is insane), the style, the cinematography and the writing. It all just feels so real and emotional, I think for many people Arcane will forever be one of their all-time favourite animated series I know it certainly is for me!
One of the things Arcane did best is manage to have so many individual characters have individual stories that had individual character arcs yet all come together so perfectly as well. Characters I hated in season 1 I fell in love with in season 2, characters I loved in season 1 I hated in season 2. That's just great storytelling!
We needed 3 more episodes to wrap up this story in a satisfying way. It was rushed and it's a shame.. because it's so complex and beautiful 😢
I cant say anything, except 'Viktor' is the center in this series for Piltover and Zaun region

I love that Ekkos voice actor sounds exactly like him when he talks in his normal life.
The animation was absolutely stellar, even more so than last season, which i thought wouldn't be possible. But everything moved so fast, and I mourn for what could've been one of the best series finales in television history. Season 2 was still an incredible experience

The way you can see the facial characteristics of the actors come thru in the design of each character. It's such a cool merging of established LoL designs with the actual human actors
