this was very cute, a lovely short movie I am happy I discovered by chance :) I honestly thought the "true love" was going to be the witch herself, lol, but this ending was very nice too! All characters were well fleshed out (especially the prince and the kid) and the story well told. Great work!
I would say this was 'charming,' but obviously, it's not a very original comment. Has this been shown at any from festivals? It could fit in anywhere; Cannes, Sundance, Seattle etc. You would sweep the shorts category! You've earned a sub here. Can't wait to see what's next! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
This one is clearly underrated, unfortunately! ❤ The subject matter here is deep and layered, wrapped - even like... sugercoated somehow (but just in the right amount) - in hilarious humor, to lighten and carry the sticks and stones life put in our way. ❤
Dear Mr. Albanese. 👍👌👏 Oh WOW, what a simply fantastic adaptation! Funny too. Thanks a lot for making recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and especially health to all involved.

Wow, thank you so much for the amazing comment and words! There are a few more original films on my channel as well, if you're interested. Thanks again for watching! 😊🙏
I expected that the girl he met and liked at the end was going to turn out to be the witch he was supposed to marry anyway and that in fact she was nice and beautiful 😕 So, Cinderella is the only tale where a witch is not involved?
That's a great question! I guess Cinderella's evil stepmother takes the ceremonial "witch" role, but I'd be curious to go back and read the older fairy tale to see. Thanks for watching!
@@tomkalbanese If I remember correctly, even in versions of Cinderella where the stepmother was called a witch (probably only to emphasise how evil she was) she never did anything magical, she only treated her stepdaughter as a slave to be able to live a glamorous life herself. In one of the versions she was so ambitious as to kill Cinderella's dad to marry the King and give one of her own daughters away to the Prince. She also cut parts of her daughters' feet off with a knife to fit the crystal shoe. Evil but no magical artefacts, spells or actions involved. The magical role in this tale belongs to the fairy godmother who is good and thus not a witch.
Such a magical tale. I can't wait to see more of your talent! 👏
Thank you very much for watching and for the kind words, Andrea! ☺️🙏
I wish I could like it TWICE - that was WONDERFUL
That was a delight - thank you so much! No budget, great script, fantastic actors (especially the leads!), who could ask for more?

Yes love the old ones ,not the stuff made in Hollywood tho they seem like programming brain washing,.
Stupid screen got all blurry
Weird how that happens 😊 Thank you for watching! 🙏
