I can’t help but notice this guy in black shirt with red collar and wearing an army cap. He’s got initiative, seems to be almost an all-around guy- changing saw blades, pushing and pulling and lubricating the cart, helping unload the timber and positioning it in the cart, running the cutting machine and even jumps up the timber to help extract the sawn wood slab from the trunk. Think he deserves to be given some sort of incentive for his works. He is a responsible and sensible guy.

What a 3rd world operation. As a company have you ever heard of machine maintenance and cleaning up? Theres a thousand things you could do to improve operation including getting your workers shoes and gloves. Cleaning and painting woukd be nice too. Maybe even new saw blades? What a mess for the ooor individuals working there.
You know this was not done in a modern sawmill. And safety was not high on the list bare feet baseball hats, not hard hats. Large log, fork lift not strapped on. All so someone will get a beautiful piece of wood for his/her home .
I was curious about, "Horrible!! Workers remove snakes from inside the rain tree I sawed at the sawmill". To my surprise there was no "Horrible" & no snake removal‼ Who else doesn't like the bait & switch?⁉ #☹😡 The saw men were amazing! The wood beautiful! I wish all the men had shoes & other equipment!
