Thank you to the South Sudanese people for having me in your country and thank you to everyone who donated and watched this series. It is surreal to think of the generosity of the audience here. I am feeling beyond grateful, you are saving the lives of innocent children and for that, I salute you. If you would like to donate, you can here to save malnourished children's lives in South Sudan: donate.unicef.org.nz/IndigoTraveller See you in the next series, thank you. Nick 🇸🇸
Your videos are awesome, but there is one thing I particularly hate about your videos - the ridiculously long intros where you show some interesting bits. They are way too long and I always want to skip them, but it's difficult to understand where the real video begins.
Have you ever wondered why these UN workers give them ready-to-use-therapeutic-food instead of real foods? u still think they are there to help? what a joke...
Thank You Nick, only a embracing and loving Spirit could do what you do. I appreciate and love you for who you are. Blessings Brother & Stay Safe with Love🌺
this is actually unbelievable, wow i mean it really puts into perspective just how awful life can be and how privileged i am, i never went cold or hungry a day in my life and here you have 10 year old homeless kids with no family, nothing to eat living in the middle of sewage with no prospect of life getting better and they are still smiling. i don't have words man
Yea and you don't see them killing them selfs or saying they are depressed? You know why ? They know this is just a test they have faith Allahu akbar while here in America People have it so freaking good and Constantly off them selfs and be depressed
No, what's unbelievable is that it's almost 2023 and yet the news has to say a damn thing about anything. Things like this have been happening forever all over the world in all different way of suffering far beyond the USA pigs of societys imagination. People like this man are our only hope to show the darker parts of the world. It's just we haft to have hope and faith in these vl9gers to keep it honest and REAL!
@@RosinDaddy5280 I dont think its that they know its a "test" - they're too dumb to realize how much mess they're in. If they cannot pickup the garbage from ground then how much can we expect from them... No one cares about anything there. They surely not morally superior to the west and less innocent.
I had to go back and do a double take...when Nick got his shoes cleaned, the guy let Nick use his pink slippers...so kind and thoughtful. My heart goes out to these kids
Thank you again for this video. This is my hometown Bentiu which I mentioned in your first video on South Sudan . Seeing the place where I was born and grew up in such a situation leaves me in tears. I lived in that camp for two years before fleeing on foot to Sudan with a group of friends. It took us fourteen days to reach the first Sudanese border town. We stumbled here and there on bodies of people who had died either of hunger, thirst or sickness on the way, trying to reach Sudan. From Sudan I went to Egypt and then to Libya where I crossed the sea to Europe. Living in the Netherlands today, there is no single day I don’t think and feel bad about suffering of my fellow South Sudaneses. My life here is not that good as I don’t have resident permit and Dutch government wants to send me back because it thinks South Sudan is safe . But I am much better off. Our country is blessed with natural resources, hardworking and resilient people. But the government we have today is a curse to the country. It gives nothing to the people but wars and suffering. But there is hope; there are good South Sudaneses out there who want a better South Sudan. I hope one day South Sudan will be a good country where its citizens will live a decent life and don’t have to flee.
Oh my dear...🥺 God bless and keep you and bless you with a permit to stay. Keep strong. Don't stop believing. Lots of hugs for you. I pray for you and our brothers and sisters who suffer like this. God help us.😞🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️🌹
I just hope you will feel at home in my country. It will not be easy, but I wish you the persistence you will need to carve out a nice excistence here.
Wishing you all the best!!!! Can't imagine how hard life is in some countries, and I really hope you get the resident permit(if not in Netherlands there are other countries in Europe that can grant you resident permit, but I hope everything works out for you there 🙏🏽🙏🏽).
This is without question the best RUclips channel I've found in years. Some of the footage is so raw I need to take breaks while watching but Nick does such a great job humanizing these far away war-torn countries that I don't think I would've ever known anything about otherwise.
The suffering is caused by evil Democracy, these people are not evolved to be part of society and it is why they suffer this way, their world has been taken and they are left dead.
You're a true inspiration Nick. You've moved me to not only donate for the first time in my life (at 30 years old) but also to get proactive with my life and to start thinking about and caring for others (I've been selfish and ignorant for far too long, taking my very comfortable life for granted, and not even appreciating it). At the very least, I vow to domante £10 every time you upload a video. It's only a small gesture I know, but it's a start. Hopefully with time (as I expand my mind and grow as a person through the likes of your videos and awakening to great literature) I will develop a more hands-on approach to helping people. Thanks again Nick, and keep up the great work!
The series Human Planet really helped shift my mindset to develop more gratitude and empathy so I highly recommend that. I commend you on seeking to improve your perspective and maturity.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us and vowing to dedicate your resources and time to help others. This is how we make the world a better place. One person at a time.
I've lived and worked in South Sudan. Life is tough there. Thanks Nick for the awareness and showing the world the grim. It was impossible to even shoot simple pics back then, I wonder how you do it.
I only found your channel recently and watching this video brought tears to my eyes. I’m from Sri Lanka and I thought our situation is tough. This video put all things into perspective for me. Keep up your good work, Nick. I contributed to your donation the best I can.
Thank you for making this series. Approximately 10 years ago I spent a few years based in Juba for a UN contractor. I had been to all of the locations you showed and they look the same as they did a decade ago. The people of South Sudan will be for ever in my heart. It was difficult for me to describe to my family why I came back a changed person but your series was very accurate and helps explain the situation in the country
Nick, I continue to appreciate your work. You aren't a travel vlogger, you're a journalist plain and simple, you are going place and exposing the sheer poverty and devastation in a number of these 3 world countries. It's almost hard to imagine that in 2022, there are still so many people in this world that live impoverished lives. It's terribly sad and very disturbing. Keep doing what you're doing Nick, and stay safe!
People only seem to care about Palestinians, that’s why there’s still so many people around the world still suffering because their voices aren’t heard as much, and they deserve it more, they struggle much more than Palestinians do, but people don’t see that
I honestly think that you are starting to have more of an impact on the lives of those people in those struggling countries than most well established charity organisations. Nothing short of remarkable.
After every oil rich nation becomes independent their will be civil War, the country of Angola is the most oil rich country in Africa and there civil war lasted 27 years and now they’re the fastest growing country in Africa, so things will get much better
It can only improve. It may not seem like it but a lot of people do really care for you and want to see the best happen everywhere. The better we do at making technology cheaper and more useful. The better the outcome for everyone. Thank god for these peace keepers and good luck to you.
I’m obsessed with your channel. Absolutely superb coverage every time. Your interactions with people in these harsh countries going through unimaginable hardship are so insightful and you do it with so much dignity and compassion. Not to mention the charity donations you provide. Bravo and thank you for your hard work.
I cannot imagine how horrible it must be to grow up in these conditions and try to live yet. Yet, people do and that shows how resilient people can be. We complain and make a fuss about all things around us every day, but those complaints really fade away if you see what these people must endure, and they still manage to smile and live life under constant threat of violence and disease. Thank you Nick for bringing this sad tale to us. We hear on the news and read in the papers that South Sudan is in turmoil, but this series has made the reality of it so much clearer. Thank you for taking the time to visit these terrible places where normal people are too scared to even talk about.
It's heartening to see that even when living amidst horrific conditions of poverty and starvation, people still retain the ability/find reason to smile, laugh and shrug the difficulties of life off. Remarkable nature of the human spirit right there. Glad that you're covering the conditions in these places and helping to draw attention and funding to help these people, Nick.
I honestly don’t have words to convey how this series has touched me. My father is from South Sudan, though I have no memory of him. I everything I have learned about this country that is part of my own heritage has always been through the lense of the news. You have given it a real face. A soul. Unpretentious and raw. Very sad and painful. And yet, somehow there was a tiny flicker of hope there. I am deeply impressed by your courage to take this on, not only from a safety standpoint but it must have been very hard emotionally too. You have truly impacted me with this series. Thank you.
@@saradohse yes I am I actually didn’t know my dad or my ethnicity until this summer he didn’t know I even existed lol it’s a long story. But I found him and he’s amazing and they have accepted me and gave me south Sudanese name

Great Video👌. Was working for the UN in 2020 and landed in South Sudan in Juba to collect other South African humanitarian workers. We weren't even allowed at the time to leave the aircraft & security on the ground were super sensitive about taking any sort of pictures whatsoever. Seeing you be so brave and documenting this experience is so commendable 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Well Done!!
I really enjoyed this whole series. Thanks for all you do Nick, the work and the light you shed on "darker" parts of the world is absolutely eye opening for anyone who hasn't explored outside their comfort zones. Wishing you great health and safe travels!
Today, I stumbled upon your channel. The work you’re doing is so important, in my opinion, to spread awareness. Really awesome stuff. Permanent subscriber here!
This is hands down one of the best content you can get anywhere and it's free!! I've been following Indigo for a lot of years now and the courage he has of visiting this places just for other people to know the reality it's outstanding! Keep doing your thing!!
Thank you so much for showing the human side of war, it is too often forgotten within all the politics. Your own compassion and kindness shine through every video you share. Stay safe!
I'm homeless in America and i live like a king compared to these people. Makes me think of the guy with no shoes who was complaining until he met the guy with no feet... May God be with you on these trips to get the word out, there are people who care and can help just need to make them aware. Keepemcoming.
The amount of donations is absolutely crazy! Well done Indigo traveler viewers!!! YOU did that. Only 5k short of the 300k goal and that is absolutely applaudable. Well done. Well done...
Clearly such programs don't work. Untold millions have been donated and food is dirt cheap there. Sure a few kids get minimal help but the issue continues to keep people donating and keep charities afloat. The only people seeing life changing results work at the charities. As long as the money continues to pour in the problem will never be fixed.
Nick, you are a true blessing and an angel for the work that you do. Your bravery truly helps us see parts of the world that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to see. I never have a dry eye after watching your videos and after every series I add many more beautiful souls to my prayer list. Thank you again for all of your courage and setting up donations for us to help out. I am always praying for you and your safety❤🙏🏻
Incredible work Nick. Touching stories. Thanks for helping us have empathy and understanding for people we may not otherwise consider. Your ability to fundraise through this channel is astounding and it’s an honor to be part of this global community you have started. Stay safe friend.
I just finished watching this video, and as an African, I am now grateful of the life I have because now I see that they are many people that have it bad but still stand resilient. My hopes and prayers are that with time Africa changes for the better and we start to show more love for eachother and see prosperity in our communities. Thank you for sharing this. Enlightening journalism. We have a long way to go.
Africa has the second fastest growing economy in the world, they’re 53 countries in Africa and south Sudan is the newest country in Africa and now there’s a civil war over oil reserves, almost every country has had a civil war including the US
Nick, I'm not sure you fully realize how important what you're doing is. Aside from this being very high level of journalism, your courage, openness, drive to share and willingness to take risks is outstanding by every imaginable measure. Your videos should be featured in schools to have a better understanding of our world, embrace empathy, clear vision on the status of humanity and to understand how overconsumption, striving for power and wealth effects the part of the world most people are absolutely not familiar with. Thank you for your amazing work and keep up the good job, it's highly valuable!
So hard to watch people suffering when we are sitting in our warm homes and being able to buy what we need to survive .. Nick thank you again for a deep soul crushing video showing us how other people live in one of the worst countries in the world.. All people deserve the basic things to survive like water, food, and a roof over their heads. prayers to all
This channel is so good man. Thanks for shining light on situations like this. Seeing these young kids work so hard at such a young age is incredible. You put it perfectly, the resilience of these people is truly inspiring. Great journalism
Most people with any sort of money to travel normally sit on a beach drinking margaritas, the fact that you chose to travel to show the world the hardships in other country's instead of the leisure side of traveling says a lot about your character. Good on you Nick! Stay safe out there mate.
I mean, you know he monetizes his videos right? I pulled up statistics and he is making anywhere from a MINIMUM of $4,000 to a MAXIMUM of $62,000 a month in ad revenue in a 30-day period. (His max average of $62k, low average of $4,000, depending on viewership/ad ran); an average of $1,145/day. This is no charity number. I am not saying what he does is not impactful, it definitely is, but its not like he is going into debt to provide these videos, there is a clear monetary benefit. EDIT: What I meant to say is he would not be making this type of content (nor money) by standing on a beach drinking margaritas lol.
Here I thought I am living in the worse Country , SA and now I've seen it all. This is mind blowing and you guys , sacrifice your all to help these people. God bless you Nick & all of those that sacrifice their lives , helping you with your project. Real team work . Salute you all.
The resilience of the human spirit, especially in children is nothing less than miraculous. These videos bring me to tears every time. Thank you for sharing your journey and bringing these images that are so hard to comprehend by most people in the western world. I really hope that things get better and that these beautiful children will have a brighter future. Much love from New York 💔❤️
Dude... Your journalism, objectivity, respect for others and narration skills are unmatched. Thanks so much for sharing these harsh realities with your channel. I donated through the Unicef link - I hope everyone does! It always feels a bit cheap to just donate, but unfortunately that's all I can do, together with raising awareness to others.
Man I really appreciate what u doing for my people it means a lot ,its really a hard environment to live out there .people.dye from sickness and starvation and its really a blessing for you to go out your way and find a way to help my culture.
Something I’ve noticed from watching these travel channels is it’s always the people in the most impoverished, roughest 3rd world places you could possibly live that always give the warmest most genuine smiles. We in the 1st world could learn a lot from them. Peace and Love from an Irish American in NYC ☘️🇺🇸 to the People of South Sudan 🇸🇸. Your country is young and it will grow into maturity and stability, but you must grow with it and leave the tribal conflicts in the past.
Try living there and see how far those "warm and genuine smiles" take you. I swear, white people are so effing schmaltzy and want desperately to believe these primitives are a portal to some deeper, soulful meaning in life. That they're unfortunate victims of circumstances greater than themselves. Newsflash: they're not. THIS is who they are, and always will be. So stop importing them into your countries, because they will waste little time in rendering your country every bit as unlivable as the ones they eagerly fled.
These videos really put things into perspective. People living in developed countries are living in a kind of bubble. They don't know how hard life is for some people. Something as simple as clean water or a roof over your head is a luxury to many people in the world.
I cannot imagine the weight you must feel not being able to help everyone you see, we appreciate the work you do and the awareness you bring. Such a kind, amazing man. The earth is truly a better place with you in it. ❤

Question out of curiosity: Do you ever get attacked, mugged, threatened during your visits to some of the dangerous places that you go to? Not trying to stereotype any area but when they have no money for food, stealing your camera, or bag, or shoes, etc. could probably fetch them food for a month.
Whenever I watch your vids i get a burning desire to help, voluntary work, donations , anything. Hope other ppl get the same reaction when watching this. Amazing work with raising awareness Nick. Keep up the good work
I’ve been to third-world countries, and the experience was eye-opening. I've been showing my son these videos so he knows how good his life is and never takes anything for granted.
This series has been amazing. The editing is amazing, the story is amazing, the interviews, everything. I am blown away by your courage and desire to get the truth out about what is happening in this country, as well as working to save the lives of the children and people there. Bravo.
this really puts into perspective how ruthless reality is, nothing cares about who you are, or your feelings. The only difference between those poor children and us, is the location we were born... that's literally it. Nobody gets to choose where they start out in life. The fact that you still see so many smiles, light spirits, and making your place in life work is something we can all take away
@@144chosen because the reality it's more to do with culture, values , there is no appreciable difference in geography between say N Korea and S Korea, 2 wholly different outcomes. There is nothing special about most Rich countries geography, Japan being a great example , it drew a bad card , geographically speaking, but it's culture allowed it to thrive into a Modern Peaceful society. So in most countries whether it turns out to become a rich educated country or not has little to do with physical location apart from some edge cases. We see some ex colonies thrive, some not, we see some countries that experience devastation, rebound within a generation, so at what point is a country like Sudan, or Mali , Haiti , it's problems really a reflection of it's people. Luck isn't where you where born, but being born into a tradition and customs of a culture that applies the rule of law, that respects the individual, that acts for the common good, not tribalism, things that our ancestors fought and died for Saying it's just the land , disregards the history , and inventiveness of the people of those places that thrived. The land isn't magical, it's just land. It's doesn't imbue special properties to the people. Swap Japan's population, put them in Sudan and Sudan's in Japan, and then you have Sudan being very rich and Japan being very poor.

These feeding programs not only save lives, but it also improves the IQ of the next generation so they can improve their country. The Sudanese are wonderful people who don't deserve any of this.
It really is amazing to get such a 'normal' insight to such obscure parts of the world like this. We're mostly stuck in the western world, running the rat race, totally oblivious to this alternative society, just because we are distanced from it entirely
I feel like videos like this remind us that people are not defined by where they live. People are people, kids are kids, and life goes on. I think we forget how lucky we are sometimes.
When Arabs and Europeans first descended into sub Saharan Africa - the land of the Bantu - they found a people dressed in animal skins, with no written language, with no mathematics beyond 3 counting numbers, with no wheel, with no astronomy, with no market towns or cities, with no ability to build over 1 story, with no cut stone or wood for building, with primitive rudimentary agriculture, with no animal husbandry, with thousands of miles of ocean and not even a rudimentary sail, with no remnants of ancient fallen civilizations. In short - they found nothing that resembled the present day (1500 AD) or ancient civilizations of the rest of the known world. They found a primordial archaic peoples who had disappeared from most of Europe and Asia several thousands of years ago. Having never lived and socially evolved in highly stratified complex large scale agricultural-urban centered civilizations - for most Bantu attaining equitable success in the modern world is all but impossible. The insular, territorial and predatory characteristics of archaic peoples are not compatible with the highly cooperative, highly trusting and highly integrated civilizations of the modern world. 5% at most can integrate comfortably. This is the reality; if you have eyes look at the facts, and if you have brains... think for yourself.
Thank you so much Nick for going to these places and bringing it home to folk about just how bad things are for certain people, around this world. I first heard about the plight of a small group of South Sudanese guys, just after the formation of the new country. I heard it on BBC World Service at 2am, some years back. They were a group of fellas who formed a basketball team, who had all been injured by stepping on mines. They were desperate to get a bus with a ramp for wheelchairs, so they could travel to matches. I so wanted to help them but I was in a very bad financial position at the time. I remembered South Sudan, over the years and how I'd still like to help in some way. I just watched this video and have donated via your link to UNICEF. I'm not sure if it's a one off donation though. I'd rather it be a monthly contribution. Thanks so much for you brilliant videos! Stay safe mate!

Seriously, how do you deal with the anxiety in all these situations? I've traveled to Iraq on my own before, and that was pretty heartpumping to say the least, even though the people were quite welcoming. Honestly what in inspiration. Keep shedding light on all these places people are too scared/refuse to go to out of arrogance/misinformation. It is humbling and a reminder of what the vast majority of the world lives through, while we're shielded from it all. Much love
I don’t think it is necessarily that people are too scared or refuse to go due to arrogance or misinformation. Sure, some people may be judgmental about South Sudan but not going there as a regular person is completely fine and sensible. South Sudan does not exactly have the infrastructure to support tourism, and it is a very dangerous place for foreigners. Why would you shame regular people for not going there? I don’t thin I should go there, and I refuse to go there, but that is not because I’m ignorant or misinformed. It is common sense which stops most people from going there. I can still educate myself about the situation and have compassion for the South Sudanese without going there personally. I don’t think you gave your comment a lot of thought. 🙄
@@buttercxpdraws8101 I agree but I don't think they were trying to offend you. I find it more sad that such places even exist. To me, it is a sign that something is wrong with how every country in the world is run and working together in general. I mean, why would a toddler, or any of the other people in this video, in these camps, deserve to suffer? They don't. What have they done? Are they all bad people? Even the children? Surely not. Even criminals and narcissistic assholes can live comfortably if they are born in a wealthy country. How come some people are being published so severely just because they were born in a place like South Sudan? I am not trying to attack anyone, I just really, really hope that this suffering will stop. To me, this is beyond injustice, it is literally insane. These people deserve so much better. Guess I'll go donate a little bit so one random child can have some food 😅
@@phoenix72999 Well said. I'm not shaming anyone for not going, I didn't mean that, it's their choice.
Thank you for sharing a bit of your story. I hope that you are able to be and feel at home soon. Everyone deserves a home.
Why is there so much flooding and why are they living in such low elevation areas dependent on levies?
Wishing you all the best!!!! Can't imagine how hard life is in some countries, and I really hope you get the resident permit(if not in Netherlands there are other countries in Europe that can grant you resident permit, but I hope everything works out for you there 🙏🏽🙏🏽).
This is without question the best RUclips channel I've found in years. Some of the footage is so raw I need to take breaks while watching but Nick does such a great job humanizing these far away war-torn countries that I don't think I would've ever known anything about otherwise.
Absolutely 100%
I honestly don't know how you do it Nick. It's sad to see how people struggle in so many countries. Much love to you.
The suffering is caused by evil Democracy, these people are not evolved to be part of society and it is why they suffer this way, their world has been taken and they are left dead.
Thank you Claudia, much love.
I was thinking the same thing… amazing every series

How do they struggle with charities getting millions to help them I wonder
I love how no matter how poor the people, the children are always so beautiful. Our children are our treasure.
What an incredibly humbling series Nick. I'm lost for words.
Admirable them smiling despite these horrible living conditions. Thank you for documenting this, you have real balls visiting all these places.

I've lived and worked in South Sudan. Life is tough there. Thanks Nick for the awareness and showing the world the grim.
It was impossible to even shoot simple pics back then, I wonder how you do it.
Thank you Juma, must have been interesting for you living there. Filming definitely wasn't easy.
Why is there so much flooding and why are they living in such low elevation areas dependent on levies?
@Jason Voorhees no I'm trying to understand why there's so much flooding and why they are stuck in developments below water level.

Don't worry a little diversity will be coming your way soon, you can have green puddles of toxic waste near you soon 👽😂
WOW Nick you’ve just raised enough money to help over 30,000 kids for 30 food packets each! AMAZING!!
You are literally a life saver!!
That is great but what about after this money runs out? Is this cycle doomed to last forever?
Clearly such programs don't work. Untold millions have been donated and food is dirt cheap there. Sure a few kids get minimal help but the issue continues to keep people donating and keep charities afloat. The only people seeing life changing results work at the charities. As long as the money continues to pour in the problem will never be fixed.

I am not saying what he does is not impactful, it definitely is, but its not like he is going into debt to provide these videos, there is a clear monetary benefit.

We in the 1st world could learn a lot from them. Peace and Love from an Irish American in NYC ☘️🇺🇸 to the People of South Sudan 🇸🇸. I swear, white people are so effing schmaltzy and want desperately to believe these primitives are a portal to some deeper, soulful meaning in life. That they're unfortunate victims of circumstances greater than themselves. Newsflash: they're not. THIS is who they are, and always will be. So stop importing them into your countries, because they will waste little time in rendering your country every bit as unlivable as the ones they eagerly fled.

this really puts into perspective how ruthless reality is, nothing cares about who you are, or your feelings. The only difference between those poor children and us, is the location we were born... that's literally it. Nobody gets to choose where they start out in life.
The fact that you still see so many smiles, light spirits, and making your place in life work is something we can all take away
location has nothing to do with it.
@@davidrenton location in meaning which part of the world..
@@davidrenton how does this make sense?
Luck isn't where you where born, but being born into a tradition and customs of a culture that applies the rule of law, that respects the individual, that acts for the common good, not tribalism, things that our ancestors fought and died for
Saying it's just the land , disregards the history , and inventiveness of the people of those places that thrived. The land isn't magical, it's just land. It's doesn't imbue special properties to the people.
Swap Japan's population, put them in Sudan and Sudan's in Japan, and then you have Sudan being very rich and Japan being very poor.

Watching this breaks my heart and makes me realize how good we have it here in America even if we think we are suffering it's nothing compared to these people 💔 you are such an incredible person for all you do and bringing attention to parts of the world some of us would never even know about 🙏
At least these people will never have problems like having to fill tax forms, pay for speed tickets and organize their recycling bin every single week!
They don't even need to clean their toilet and they can poop pretty much everywhere they want! I'm not saying there lucky but there kinda bit lucky...
@@Reth_Hard Are you kidding
It's really incredible what the reach of a good storyteller can do. The fundraiser is at over 300k at this point... you've done more in this series than most will do in their entire lives. Truly something to be proud of, Nick
As always I wish you good health and safe travels, wherever you end up
From Australia Nick You have Balls of Steel what an Amazing Journalist Keep SAFE and Thank You for Your Reporting
Eamon from Eamon and Bec sent me over here. Thank you for shinning a light on this part of the world. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Thank you Nick. Doing the work that needs to be done so people can see what’s going on. Stay safe and thank you for doing what you do.
The smile of that young boy after you paid him for cleaning your shoes had me shedding tears.
John, beautiful smile he had :)
I have no words, Oh Lord help everyone in South Sudan to live a better life, amen.
Religion unfortunately hasn't helped them after many decades of praying.
Shot bro another amazing insight into another troubled part of our world thanks for your great planning and genuine love and concern for the people you meet its so refreshing and inspiring this type of journalism. I hope and pray you can keep doing your good works and help me and others learn about countries and our brothers and sisters from around our Earth.
I am a who does not spend a lot of time watching RUclips videos, but your videos have been on my feed a few times. really appreciate you showing us a different side of other people's lives your videos bring old memories when I spent few years in South Sudan with United Nations.
Thank you for your work!
Appreciate that Ibrahim!
Seriously, how do you deal with the anxiety in all these situations? I've traveled to Iraq on my own before, and that was pretty heartpumping to say the least, even though the people were quite welcoming. Can't imagine being put into situations like you were in Haiti, without getting at least a handful of panic attacks, lol... How do you keep so calm?
They are nice to you in Iraq unless you’re a Jew/Israeli lol.
@@Uchiha.Itachii or if you're a woman who gets raped and then killed by her own father for the crime of getting raped, normal practice there
@@Uchiha.Itachii Even Americans can visit I heard. They actually know (most) Americans basically under a spell. Goes for basically all countries btw, the USA is just egregious
Honestly what in inspiration. Keep shedding light on all these places people are too scared/refuse to go to out of arrogance/misinformation. It is humbling and a reminder of what the vast majority of the world lives through, while we're shielded from it all. Much love
Beautiful words, thank you.
Not out of arrogance or misinformation but out of actual danger.
But in general people don't go to most places if they aren't glamorous, or if they've heard rumours about them. Only a very select few countries are genuinely dangerous and should be avoided. I'm thanking Nick for shedding light on these sorts of places, that's all.
Thank you for these videos! Just finished watching your series on South Sudan and Haiti - learned so much. Stay safe and keep sharing these important stories with the world!
Amazing channel, I've watched a lot of videos so far and they are all excellent. The only thing that drives me nuts, is not having the titles contain which part each video is. Regardless, thanks Nick for putting this content out. It's all very unique and wholesome.
