@@natman2939 "Other inmates have access to adult games while I only have the right to play less interesting kids' games. One example is "Rayman Revolution". this is a perfect sentence for him he is not happy with his comfy life in prison.
"He does not wish to be alive anymore, his lawyer added. In one incident in 2018, Breivik wrote the Norwegian words for "KILL ME" on the wall of his cell using his faeces, the lawyer said"
In America (depending on the state) he’d be either sentenced to death and put on death row, or sentenced to 70 life sentences in solitary confinement never to see the light of day, have conversations, etc. again.
i rlly wish norway had the death penalty just for this man
What a lunatic. Murdered 77 people and expecting parole. Is he serious?
if you were in a Prison for 10+ years, would you not at least try to get a parole you r3t4rd? Think.
Norway is soft on crime they will parole him
If media doesn't cover Andreas Brevik, no one will know or care. So the best thing Norwegian court can do is to prevent any coverage of this sort.
All these people saying the death penalty should be applied: you want to speak to Norwegians. That's not gonna happen. It's not what they do, or what they want.
Thank you, and exactly...
A death penalty for him would be a insult to everything his victims believed in.
That’s fine but the fact that there’s a hearing to begin with for a man that killed this many people is absolutely disgusting. This man should be in a cell 23hours a day for the rest of his natural life. Parole hearing are you kidding me.
@@JT-zy2ft And those are your values, and that is fine. The Norwegians have a different idea of what "should" happen. It's not our place to tell them what they should do with a murderer that did this in their country to their citizens.
@@JT-zy2ft Also in Norway they have a thing, I think it translates as "due process", which means that everyone has a right to their day in court no matter who they are or what they have done. I'd be frankly astonished if even the Norwegians actually *give* this man parole.
@@italktoomuch6442 we have that in the US as well and I’m not telling them how to punish there murders I’m just astonished that this man is even given the opportunity for parole given the horrors he committed. I was unaware Norway did not have a life with no parole option.
Al Jazeera makes a big deal that the US has death and our prisoners not having a hotel as a prison 😂
He's clearly not sane.
Thanks for flawed justice systems of Norway.
This man will live in luxury hotel and play games forever while society forces victims' families to 'forgive' criminal. How pathetic. Complete failure to deliver justice.
Everybody deserves 2nd chance
Neet life
the flawed justice system that always ranks in the top 3 in the world, usually 1st or second
For all those of you thinking this fellow will ever get out, we just gonna put him back in.
He is, like all criminals in Norway, entitled to a hearing to consider his request for parole.
But in cases where they actually can be considered a real danger to the public, it is more for show than anything else.
It all depends on the crime, their behavior, etc. While we cannot give someone a life sentence, we can make them show up in a courtroom for 4 decades to give them a fresh sentence. In a way, that is even crueler. They are given false hope, that is the true punishment part of our system.
Besides, certain criminals must be kept inside the walls for their own safety. If anyone thinks Breivik really wants to be out on the streets, then you truly are delusional.
I am sure plenty of people wouldn't mind going down in history as the man who killed Anders Bering Breivik.
He is living in a luxury prison in between his parole hearings where he gets to gloat and continue to spread his ideology.
Don't be an apologist for Norway's broken system.
I saw videos of the prision he is at , is basically a 5 Star hotel , Norway system is broken af ... 21 years max ? And the prisions look like hotels ? Thats crazy
@@alexanderluna1845 you wrong though He is in constant isolation with few benefits at all.
This is all a theatre, and he is the director. He knows how to manipulate his environment.
It’s exactly like it was back in 2012. If only he knew the main character was a complete idiot..
National socialism is not far-right.
since when
If he was a Muslim he would have been executed, and be called a terrorist, shame
No
He wouldn't have done the crime if he were a follower of ole pedo feces head. he did the crime to illustrate the path his country was on thanks to their treasonous leaders!
