Try washing with natural soap, then put filtered apple cider vinegar, and either wait 5 min and rinse or leave in. Make sure it's not raw unfiltered vinegar, because that had a smell that isn't so nice. That has helped my hair a lot. Been doing it 5 years. No plan to ever use shampoo again. Don't use conditioner, the vinegar does that. And it's cheaper.

I don't have any special advice...just treat it gently, use heat sparingly and stay away from those hair salons! They are hair KILLERS!!!!
