    For anyone that needs, you'll find the technical drawing of the tool in the description of the video.

    Thank you for sharing the drawings. I wanted one of these, but they are very expensive to buy. I need a smaller one so I’ll shrink your size! I may do a video on my channel, and I’ll definitely give you credit if I do.

    Very nice work sir. I actually also thought of making one for myself, but I’m busy building my next steam engine. I don’t know if I can make it that nice though.

    Excellent design and your video work is well done.
    Edit: Question, is everything contained in the video to make this?

    nice work!
    is there any website or video that shows how the punger works to rotate the blade?

    • @camillosteuss
      @camillosteuss 2 месяца назад +3

      It merely relies on the piano wire to prod the spine of the blade and in deflecting from pressure - bending slightly to one side, which brings it off of the center of the blade where the pin rigidly supports it, and allows the piano wire to pivot the blade to one side for as long as the wire is protruding far enough to keep it there, and the elasticity of the wire keeps it all nice and wobble free... Kinda similar to how your hand straightens out a sleeve as you put a shirt on - not entirely, but tangent enough to my mind to make a decent picture...
