The only lubricant that should be used to lubricator brake piston seals is brake fluid, or else you risk contamination of the brake fluid and seal failure.

Those pinbolts that hold the caliper and caliper holder together is supposed to be greased and you need a cap at the end of the rubber. I would recommend people to buy a caliper refurbish set, usually it's around 50-60$ and you get everything you need. Do not reuse rubber parts incase of a hole or something, doing to work 2 times is not worth it.

How many litres of brake fluid was used for this flush?

All that work , would it be better to buy a remanufactured Caliper ?

What is the purpose of baking the calipers after painting? Did you add any more coats after, or a clear coat?

Which paint was used? Looking for that exact finish but cant find.

The guide pin requires vermatex grease application.

Buy a correct set of spanners - if you snap a bleed nipple off you'll be buying a new caliper!
