And I would contact a lawyer for YT singling you out and discriminating against you. Other people that I subscribe to record these games, and they don't mute. And yes, I've subscribed to your channel. If YT had issues with them about this, they would also be muting like you, but they ARE NOT! My suggestion, take their lead and follow and force a legal (class) action. Regardless, I do like your covering the camera work, very good!
