I don't have an ADHD diagnosis but struggle with anxiety, PTSD, and racing/intrusive thoughts that can be tiring to manage. This is nice. Like the pure tone that's floating around out there but softer so I can experience it without sometimes triggering sensory overload. This is perfect.
Thanks for this. I had listened to your mixes before, but stopped because I like listening to other music as well. Turns out I was losing on focus. I think today was the first time for the past two weeks when I finally managed to focus enough to get things done in a significant manner.
Deep & delicious... Thank you, Jason... Your efforts have been part of my wellness/productivity regimen for years. The ADHD struggle is real, but much easier with you in OUR corner. Gratitude & well wishes from one Earthing to another! 🌍🌎🌏
Thanks bro. You’re a rock star Jason. My addy hasn’t been effective lately and it looks like you’re saving me with this fat presentation thats due or die. Ill be contributing once this is all finished. 💪🏼
Wow! At first, I wasn't sure if listening to this was going to help but just a couple seconds in, I started feeling tingles and sensations all over my body, and when that feeling leveled off, I was the most relaxed I've been in a very long time plus I was able to study better. I just want to say thank you! Great work! I'm so glad I picked this video today.
I'm really starting to feel the effects of the shortage on ADHD meds, I've been unmedicated for 6 months😥 so your tones have been a lifesaver! You are the GOAT Jason, seriously. Your work is greatly appreciated :)
Your use of isochronic tones is highly effective, and a niche product on RUclips. It's funny that early mind machines like the InnerQuest IQ Tutor and Tutor Plus used isochronics instead of binaurals, but most entrainment is binaural these days. I certainly feel the effectiveness of isochronic tones over binaural beats. My favourites for working are your ADHD Intense Relief and Peak Focus for Complex Tasks, with just tones. They are my go-to for when I need to lock in and get things done. Your Sensorimotor Rhythm video with just tones is also highly effective.
Thank you for complimenting my isochronic tones and for your appreciation of my ADHD, Peak Focus, and SMR tracks. When I first got into brainwave entrainment in 2006, it seemed like most people in the community had made the switch from binaural beats to isochronic tones. It was widely acknowledged that isochronic tones produce a stronger evoked response. The switch noticeably flipped back in 2018 when Transparent Corp closed its website, and its isochronic tones software stopped working without leaving a viable alternative in the market. It was so much easier for people to make binaural beats, so interest in them started to grow again. Luckily for me, I was able to keep a working copy of Mind Workstation going and continue making isochronic tone tracks.
If you’re on a browser you can open multiple tabs of RUclips and they’ll all play simultaneously. Just adjust each videos volume according to how you want it to sound.
Have you had any luck with that? I’ve tried everything-browser, RUclips music, couple of other apps-haven’t been able to play music simultaneously. One thing or the other always stops playing. And I have paid subscriptions to RUclips and RUclips music. Checked all the settings; Background Play is set to Always allow. I’m stumped! 🤔 Any advice greatly appreciated!
For me, it's whenever I need to focus. I sometimes start it a bit early to get the brains going in that direction, but I play it while I need to do things. Do note this track is a headphones required one.
I’m new to your music. I was wondering do you always have to have earbuds or headphones on to listen? Do you have any music that can be listened to in stereo ? ( without anything on your ears) Also is there a time limit ( maximum)to how long you should listen to these sounds ? Seems like great work you are doing .
Hi Sharon. Thanks for listening and for your appreciation of my work. Most of my isochronic tones tracks don’t require headphones. I have some tones sessions like this one for ADHD that do need headphones. As they send a different frequency into each ear. If you don’t want to use headphones, avoid any videos with ADHD or Cognition Enhancer in the title. That will help you steer clear of most of them. When you click on my videos, I will let you know in about the first 15 seconds if you need headphones, as I mention that in the text slide at the bottom. I also let you know in every description under the video if headphones are required. I hope that helps.
Has anyone been able to pair music with this? I’ve tried everything-browser, RUclips music, couple of other apps-haven’t been able to play music simultaneously. One thing or the other always stops playing. And I have paid subscriptions to RUclips and RUclips music. Checked all the settings; Background Play is set to Always allow. I’m stumped! 🤔 Any advice greatly appreciated! (This is great otherwise, but it’d be nice to have paired music as an option.)
@@nica_sarina Thanks for sharing that. Sometimes refreshing the page or restarting the RUclips app will fix a volume issue. So maybe it was something like that.

no sound?? love the grfx though! :)
I cannot hear this one either - tried different browser and device, refreshed etc. 🤷
Would you consider uploading that on Deezer?

Do we have to listen to this at high volume, or would it work if we listened to it on a low volume as well?
Low volume is fine, as long as you can still hear the tones quite well.
“IM reloaaadddedd” -Benny blanco voice
Scientifically which one works better, this one or the old one?
I expect you would get similar results with both. This deeper version is for people who just prefer listening to a deeper sound.
Sounds like gateway hemisync...
no sound
I can hear the sound ok on my iPad. If you are listening through mobile speakers with weak bass sound, you may need to use earbuds.
