Thanks for the comment- didn’t want to overwhelm the viewer with so much more info, just tried to cover the main neighborhoods, but yes Bayview is a traditionally an older undeveloped neighborhood on the edge of SF, but is slowly getting more developed!
You jumping from one neighborhood to another without context or reference to the bird's eye view of the San Francisco city map was bit confusing--especially if someone is totally unfamiliar with the area.
Makes sense that’s one way to do it - there are so many neighborhoods in SF (some I definitely missed) and there are many ways to go about explaining, but mainly decided to go to affordability for a real estate perspective, thanks for the feedback though!
I wish I could live in SF, it's a beautiful city!
