The camera shake when the wood fell made it seem really heavy.

You could've done a nice filework on the lower, motionless part of the spring, it would make this knife look so much better!
Also, washers under future pin heads (maybe brass washers, to make it look better?) would prevent wood cracking when pins are hammered. Counter-sink the washers beforehand, in a slightly drilled steel plate.

Very beautifully crafted and certainly not easy to manufacture. Great.
