A local beekeeper in Japan demonstrates how to protect native Japanese honey bees from the attacks of Japanese giant hornets. The hornets are known to target honeybee colonies to steal pupae, larvae, and honey. He shows a unique method of capturing hornets using a glue sheet for mice. When a hornet gets trapped on the adhesive sheet, it releases pheromones that attract fellow hornets, leading them to also get stuck on the sheet. This technique helps protect Japanese honey bees from these aggressive predators.

actually it's called Earth now..
These wasps act like people in horror movies who move in new houses after knowing 50 people have been murdered on them😂😂They see the ones getting stuck and they still go in like let's check them out if they are faking it or not😂
These hornets got scammed by that fake square pepperoni pizza

I can’t even tell why ts made me fr laugh. But 🤷🤝💪✨😂

Damn, they're big. That's honestly terrifying. Imagine that flying at you.

before you get upset or sad about these insects being trapped like this, just remember that these things kill all of the good bees that keep our plants alive
We know.
Is anyone even upset by this? /gen
I only saw positive comments 😂
I'm the tree-huggingest libflake that ever libbed and the only thing I'm "upset" about is the absence of fire!
No living being should have to suffer like this though.
@totallybeatable9238yep
i feel like wasps are the devious version of bees
5 minutes later the entire glue trap is airborne as all the wasps work together.
Honestly: that wouldn't shock me.
И где они садятся?
And then they fly into you and now you're glued to 50 angry wasps lmao

The ego they have to think "im gonna be the one that defeats this enemy."
There is absolutely no ego in an insect. This thing sees threats and food. That’s it.

Deadly too.
I watched a documentary about those things and the people who hunt them. Those things are huge, they’re deadly.
I can see the frustration in their eyes as they try to escape that trap. In other words, it's not hard to see how large they are in this closeup video.
