As a person who watched talking Tom and friends as a kid this is a very intriguing video about the show but I did not know how badshit insane this show was, it's kind of crazy. I really enjoyed this video

The four things I remember from it is “in the 60’s they didn’t take showers,” then Hank and Ginger starting a literal war, The Eye of The Tiger randomly playing, and Hank saying he drinks water room temperature because he’s an “adult now” which I still think is a sign of being a psychopath.

I even would make little books where it was the same episodes but with my own characters. But I was a kid and these were my own personal books so it was totally ok😏 But I ended up binge watching this show and to know that this show ended and on a CLIFFHANGER?!!! At least it was a fun/good show to watch and I hope that maybe one day, we can get that proper ending.
I remember an episode where Hank and Ginger made a castle of cardboards or smth like that and I remember trying to make the same thing with my friends, we didn't take it like large-sized, but definitely had a lot of fun, especially trying to make some goofy mechanisms. also me and my friends by their character were EXACTLY like the main cast of Talking Tom, so it was easier for us to connect with them. now I see how the times changed us, even tho we still talk to each other, but its not like we used before...

Disney's Talking Friends was the show I grew up with, and I can still find enjoyment in it, today. But when I look at it now, I am able see it as embodying what made Season 0 of the Talking Friends franchise what it was: It was still family-friendly, but it wasn't afraid to be edgy or take genuine risks, and the uncanny, realistic, glassiness of their textures and some parts of the anatomty that are just wrong (Tom's gums not extending to the bottom of his mouth in the pre-My-Talking version of the OG Talking Tom app, for example) was what set it apart. Now Talking Friends and its current cartoon is all soft and too safe, it's no wonder I yearn for that old era and can't get into the newer stuff.

Yeah im somewhat convinced that Ginger has at the very least a partial lack of empathy, cause most of his "Pranks" involve hurting the other characters in some way shape or form, and he's never like "Oh, I'm sorry, I just threw a watermelon at your face and launched you across the room" he's like "Haha suffer"
Yeah, but at least he actually has some character development in the show. Most of the "life lessons" being taught are with Ginger. I think that's why he's like that but he generally cares for his friends in later seasons.

This show deserved better. It was genuinely a good kid's show and it was pretty funny. There was obviously enough thought put into it, especially with characters and the story. Whenever I heard of Talking Tom or any of the related characters, the only thing that would come to mind is that hoax about the Talking Angela app spying on children and telling them to do stuff. That I’d you looked into her eyes you’d see the reflection of a guy on the other end, using your camera to see everything. I didn’t think anything relating to the franchise could be weirder than that one, as soon as I learned that time doesn’t really exist even though it will progress I realized how wrong I was.
I hate to say it, but the arc at the end of S3 + the start of S4 was beautiful. It was fascinating and scary at the same time, that’s probably where my fear of video game errors come from… Genuinely had a good time rewatching some Talking Tom episodes now that I’ve forgotten about them. S5 is where it fell off, in my opinion. Maybe I need to rewatch, because opinions shift over time. I used to be obsessed with the games and especially the TV show, props to Outfit7 for making the most nostalgic show ever ❤

I used to watch only this series everyday and i cried when i finished every season and i remember how it went from silly little animals being friends to have a supervillain every episode

I remeber back when this was really popular in the early 2010s i was still young when the early talking friends came out. The talking friends shorts in 2012 was something i watched on repeat. But nothing compares blasting the song ' you get me ' all the time. So its safe to say while i am an adult the early talking friends is very Nastolgic and i love this video. So i grew up with season 0.
I remember watching this on Netflix on my Wii back in 2016, I don't remember exactly what year but it was before 2017. I saw the Talking Tom show and quite enjoyed it because I was 10. What was strange was that I remember there being another show called Talking Friends and legitimately thought it was Lost Media and didn't know it was made by DISNEY OF ALL PEOPLE!!!! So yeah, I watched the whole of Season 1 and was disappointed that there was a cliffhanger at the end and didn't know it got canned. It wasn't until I heard there was a Season 2, it just wasn't on Netflix but on RUclips. Today is when I heard that Ben is a threat to the government and the show had 5 seasons. I too was pretty confused on why the giraffe wasn't alive in the Talking Friends show and why the Parrot didn't come back since I really liked that guy. I remember the dinosaur one. I pretty much played all the Talking Friends games besides Talking Ginger. Yes, including the one with that one white bird that Tom tried to eat.
Finally watched all of the seasons, and my favourite part of this series is the one where ben made an app that literally lets you dox santa's current location.
As a kid I used to watch this. I remember when the show ended I thought: You’re telling me that Tom went from being scared to cut Angela’s friendship bracelet to being stuck in a time loop and having to relive the same day over and over again until losing in the end? Disney's Talking Friends was the show I grew up with, and I can still find enjoyment in it, today. But when I look at it now, I am able see it as embodying what made Season 0 of the Talking Friends franchise what it was: It was still family-friendly, but it wasn't afraid to be edgy or take genuine risks, and the uncanny, realistic, glassiness of their textures and some parts of the anatomty that are just wrong (Tom's gums not extending to the bottom of his mouth in the pre-My-Talking version of the OG Talking Tom app, for example) was what set it apart. Now Talking Friends and its current cartoon is all soft and too safe, it's no wonder I yearn for that old era and can't get into the newer stuff.
I like them both since I started with the Disney's Talking Friends, but also watched the TalkingTom Cartoon

Yeah im somewhat convinced that Ginger has at the very least a partial lack of empathy, cause most of his "Pranks" involve hurting the other characters in some way shape or form, and he's never like "Oh, I'm sorry, I just threw a watermelon at your face and launched you across the room" he's like "Haha suffer"
Yeah, but at least he actually has some character development in the show. Most of the "life lessons" being taught are with Ginger. I think that's why he's like that but he generally cares for his friends in later seasons.

This show deserved better. It was genuinely a good kid's show and it was pretty funny. There was obviously enough thought put into it, especially with characters and the story. Personally, I think it's awesome. I'm not sure if there was a fandom, but generally it was spared and there was not that much of a fandom anyway. If there was, it's dead.

This show got a massive animation update post-Season 3. The difference is shocking!
Whenever I heard of Talking Tom or any of the related characters, the only thing that would come to mind is that hoax about the Talking Angela app spying on children and telling them to do stuff. That I’d you looked into her eyes you’d see the reflection of a guy on the other end, using your camera to see everything.
I didn’t think anything relating to the franchise could be weirder than that one, as soon as I learned that time doesn’t really exist even though it will progress I realized how wrong I was.

Genuinely had a good time rewatching some Talking Tom episodes now that I’ve forgotten about them. S5 is where it fell off, in my opinion. Maybe I need to rewatch, because opinions shift over time.

When I was around 6 or 7 I used to watch talking Tom and friends all the time and I probably watched all the episodes at the VERY LEAST 100 times, this video was absolutely hilarious

I remeber back when this was really popular in the early 2010s i was still young when the early talking friends came out. The talking friends shorts in 2012 was something i watched on repeat. But nothing compares blasting the song ' you get me ' all the time.
So its safe to say while i am an adult the early talking friends is very Nastolgic and i love this video.

I remember watching this on Netflix on my Wii back in 2016, I don't remember exactly what year but it was before 2017. I saw the Talking Tom show and quite enjoyed it because I was 10. What was strange was that I remember there being another show called Talking Friends and legitimately thought it was Lost Media and didn't know it was made by DISNEY OF ALL PEOPLE!!!! So yeah, I watched the whole of Season 1 and was disappointed that there was a cliffhanger at the end and didn't know it got canned. It wasn't until I heard there was a Season 2, it just wasn't on Netflix but on RUclips. Today is when I heard that Ben is a threat to the government and the show had 5 seasons. I too was pretty confused on why the giraffe wasn't alive in the Talking Friends show and why the Parrot didn't come back since I really liked that guy. I remember the dinosaur one. I pretty much played all the Talking Friends games besides Talking Ginger. Yes, including the one with that one white bird that Tom tried to eat.
