The only advantage Russia has is manpower and supplies that they had stockpiled since ww2 but as we see the stockpile is mostly outdated and incapable of matching the more modern arsenal of Ukraine. Without a war of attrition Russia has no chance of victory in Ukraine.
It is simply can Ukraine hold on until Russia has to find troops among the larger city populations. That is when Russia will breakdown. To date it has not sent any enlisted troops to the front from the major cities only from the regions and other sources like mercenaries, prisoners, civilians fast tracked to the front.
