I met Shaq at a Walgreens and he took a picture with me. I'm sure he goes late so he doesn't have to deal with that but he was really nice about it. I couldn't hold the phone far enough away to get us both in the picture so he grabbed my phone and took the picture with his much longer arms. Very nice man.

The day I had to drive myself to the hospital to get a hysterectomy they were prepping me and the male nurse asked if I wanted my family to hold my belongings. I told him I was alone. When I came back from surgery he gave me a warm blanket and sat with me for a while and I asked if I could just hold his hand a minute I felt so alone. He allowed me to hold his hand for a few minutes and it made me feel so much better. Strange how small things make a huge difference!
