Imagine for a moment you have a business in the UK. You own lets say 10 coffee shops. You are not raking it in, but you get to a point where you have passive income. And you decide "I am going to retire in pain" so you move there, pay fee to get access to their healthcare, pay property tax, pay VAT on all your purchases.
