Well, she actually dances only the parts, where you can clearly see her face. All of the rest is her dance double. She had a dance double in this movie, Amelia Randall. But she did good job herself, they had to film the dance with her and than with the double and then put the scenes together, so that had to be challenging anyway. Kudos to her. Poor Drew, he had to do all the dance scenes twice, once with Selena and another with the dancer.
It's the magic of the movie, obviously we can see who they are, but I am sure they can see who they are..... But you have to remember, it is a movie and has to pretend they can't know who the other person is. Stop trying to question about it, it will just drive you crazy, in the end. :)
