Being a service tech for CNH dealer in the UK, it's great to keep up to date as to what might come to Europe from the U.S. whilst watching your great content at the same time.
The town we're located in also has dealerships for John Deere, New Holland, JCB and Claas but there's clearly plenty of customers for all.
Love the videos, please keep up your great work.

That beast is beyond Incredible. In my teens we ran Massey 90's and 92's, 14 foot headers and no cabs. The whole harvest crew was quite envious when dad brought a MF 750 out to the farm that he traded one of my uncles something for. 24 foot header and an air conditioned cab!

I learned to run combine on an old MF 510 gas with no cab, 18' header. Moved up finally to where we were running a 760 and an 860, I thought the 860 was HUGE! Everything is so much bigger these days, I don't know how you could possibly watch 50 or 60 feet of header at 8 mph I'd go nuts! With 24' of header, that 860 would run about 2-2.5 mph in 70 bushel winter wheat, I thought that was plenty fast

Some additional info about the size classes for anyone wondering.
The legacy combines used a number system where the first two digits was the series/family of the combine and the last two referenced the size of the machine. So for example, the 2344 was the smallest of the 2300 family, and the 2388 was the biggest. 1420 was the smallest, 1480 was the biggest, etc. The issue with this naming system was that the size number was only relative to the other combines in the family. It had no direct correlation to global combine class sizes. The 2388 is a class 6 combine, but the 88 number would suggest it is a class 8. The 2366 is a class 5, but the number would have you believe it is a class 6.
Case IH decided to revise the number system in 2003 with the introduction of the 8010 (true class 8, series 10). In the current system, like Nick said, the first digit is the size class (which now aligns with global size class standards) and the last three digits are the series/family. So the 7120 is a size class 7 in the 120 series, the 6150 is a size class 6 in the 150 series, and so on. Case continued the legacy combines with the old naming system all the way through 2008 (ending with the 2577 and 2588) while simultaneously phasing in the new naming system from the 2003 8010 forward. ALL of their production combines from 2009 onward use this new naming system, with the exception of the AF11, but that one is fairly obvious which size it is.
    Stellar video Nick.

🇺🇲🙌🙌🙌 all the years I've been watching and to see the day there's three harvesting combines on your farm is awesome! Even though it's not permanent to have that many because of cost, it's amazing how far technology has come in such a short amount of time. The newer combines are expensive but once you see the increase in production and how efficient they are putting more crop in the hopper and less time in the fields, it starts to make sense of why farmers and some on farmtube are going to bigger harvesting equipment. You're getting more done with less manpower and in less time because it's often hard to find farm help in this day and age.
Can't wait to see what your dad and Legarms think about the 9260 and watching to see if you guys decide to go try it on the lentils.
Thanks for allowing us along for the ride during all the highs and lows in the most essential industry in America, agriculture!

Last year for corn/soybean harvest, we had a Case tech come out with a (disguised) 8260. They ran with our 3 8250’s the whole time. I didn’t get to run the machine but once, moving it from the farm to a field, but the 1200 monitors made a *huge* difference compared to the 700 in the older machines

The latest combine is impressive. It will be interesting to see if you can use all the horsepower from the big engine. My grandparents used to be Massey people decades ago. Then again they used to use horses. One off the Masseys used the old Case steam engine whistle to signal when the combine bin was full. Hang on, two combines used to hold about 100 bushels, . . . together. Yes, we have come a long way. The choice of music is very nice. The old Ford flathead was called "Beulah". . . . forget the comparison with what "she" could haul compared to your International truck. Your dad likely knows where "Beulah" is found in the Bible. Keep up the great work. Welker Farms does great work.

Other than that I love how the overall profile hasn't changed that much in ~50 years, just gotten bigger, IH nailed it way back then and set the standard for everyone else to follow. It looks so good CNH should just leave it there for you to look after

@@SirWhiteRabbit-gr5so, we farm in NE Montana and I wouldn’t say we’re a near desert, yes the last few years have been rough but usually we are in the 40s on average and 60s on a good year for wheat.

@@SirWhiteRabbit-gr5so and in Illinois we shoot for 100bu/ac. Is crazy how different it is everywhere.

It's awsome to have one big machine to work but if it breaks down hyou have nothing. If you have two smaller ones and one breaks down you still can harvest, cultivate or spray till the parts come and do it before the rain catches you. The best is to have two big ones, but that costs much more. Finally it's your choice what to do and take your risks.

Back in the late 1800s they had a 50' head on a combine, so it's good that after over a century later they have 50s again.

Our 8120 has the unload auger shutoff on it, you just have to hold the shift button in on the back of the joystick and then click the unload auger button

That system was a Dealer added option and it was very crude. The cross augers were hydraulically driven. The 30 series simplified it by running 2 belts from the same drive pulley. The main unload auger driven off a constantly tensioned belt and the cross auger use a hydraulically tensioner belt.
