Than you’ll get used to it and continue and go on for 2 months and keep going higher with rests and recovery sessions where you can look on RUclips. 4 times a week and 30-45 minutes a day is a good start and than slowly go up to 6 times a week and 1 hr a day so you can get disciplined.
You should take some time to relax too in the evening like reading a book or a small nap. Or you might get burned out doing this for few months. No offence the video is fire 🎉🎉
