Really? How can anyone not notice, that in the beginning of this call, he sounds proud, happy and expects a totally different answer? As he hears the other guy, in a mocking way answer him, and asks again , who did you say you are.., he becomes silent, and hangs up. Have you people heard the next call he made?
It’s like that in other Western European countries. They have training as police officers I suppose, not customer service agents. Plus , this is a huge country with a small population.
