    Putting too much proteins in your body can turn into fat, just do intermittent fasting and eat at maintenance and workout 3-4 days a week, stay away from high fats and you’ll easily lose weight and belly fat.

    I went to the gym for like 4 months and had really good cardio. Lately tho I've had REALLY bad cardio. i have also lost TEN pounds out of no where. Im only 13 and weighed 123 pounds. I now weigh at 113. I have really high metabolism and eat alot but im still losing weigh. Please help.

    The Iv diet, Is were your put in a Chemical induced coma, and Only get your nutrients from A Special IV bag for a couple of months, You will lose a lot of weight, But afterwards, It would be up to you to keep it off, So you would still have to change your routine after wards.

    For me it’s different tho , like I can follow a plan but I’m an emotional eater so at night my cravings run me over like a truck and so I start eating everything literally, no matter how full I am and no matter what time it is, I’ll be eating. I always tell myself ok nikki this is the last time I eat this much, and the next day is the same thing. I can’t hold myself back from food. No matter what fast food place I see, I go. No matter how many calories there is, i eat it. It’s very very terrifying to have these cravings and no ones ever helped me through it. I remember I talked to my nutritionist about it, and so we made a plan with my dad that he’ll block me from going to the kitchen after meals, but little did he know I would run the kitchen when he’d fall asleep and eat everything. I’ve had so so many tips and tricks and nothing ever worked. I tried fasting but after one day, I couldn’t handle it because food thoughts were invading my mind and that’s literally all I could think of while I was supposed to be working. I had to fun to a fast food restaurent during class once because it was so invading. Also I have extreme sugar cravings, so I would literally eat everything sugary, then feel sick so I would eat everything salty (chicken nuggets, chips, ramen, pizza) honestly anything I had. My life is disgusting and I even stopped seeing close friends. I need help😕

    No need for a book it's simple
    1. Eat less (eat nutritious not empty calories
    2. Do more just by adding a 30 min exercise a day weather it's a walk , cycle or swimming
    3. Be patient sit back stick to the rules and watch the weight drop ;-)

    I recently google to learn more about a diet plan “fetching tuti space” I learned about from a buddy who simply dropped a whopping 14 pounds! I did not find any good results from trying out other weight loss programs on the market. But, with this one, the weight simply comes off.

Yea, I am learning about Ketosis and Ketones from mostly Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Ken Berry. And other Keto people. My edema in my legs has improved quite a bit!!

    Hi my name is Ruby and I have tried every diet in the book fasting ,keto , military, you name it but they never work because its almost like I give up before it starts I can't stay on a diet for longer than a day. when I take something way from my diet I crave it more example I tried to cut carbs 1 hour later I'm on my bed eating 5 slices of bread and 5 cookies and I have a problem with feeling full I will eat till I puke because sometimes I cant tell when I'm full even when I have eaten a whole pizza so if you know any tips to help me please let me know thank you

      Rube m try apple cider capsules, they kill your appetite by making you feel full, plus they have many other health benefits. Get the capsules that contain the mother and give it at least a month to kick in, that and exercise(even if it’s just walking) should help you. Check with your doctor first. Good Luck

    Carbohydrates are needed for a source of energy, they may not be healthy if eaten with every meal but it's advised to have carbs with at least one meal a day, preferably for breakfast before working out as this works as your source of energy to push you through, overall to lose weight just don't eat junk food and exercise more lmao. HIIT cardio is the best type of workout for people looking to lose weight because it raises your heart rate to its maximum and allows you to lose more than just doing circuit training. there's no "plan" to losing weight it's simple and all about self control.

      Yes, he is making money but he is not selling lies. He is selling other people's material as his own. I hope people will sue him if this makes them sick. I just looked at his website, yea, maybe, you are right because he is making a fake diet. It is not truly Keto. I would tell people go to the original source where Dr. Oz gets it from and reinvents them. He is about the $$$!

      Big Coach Afro beat me to it! Hahaha. I watch British shows sometimes whatever is shared with the US. I also learned to multiple Kilograms by 2.2 to find out how many pounds they are. I do mark in my planner how many stones I want to be on some months. I want to be 15 stones before my birthday that is 14 x 15 = 210. See what Big Coach Afro wrote to understand where I got 14 from.

    Protein for energy? I though carbohydrates were the bodies #1 source for fuel for the body's engery? And the ladies still look overweight after a year. Dr Oz, lets put back Dr. Neal Barnard back on the show, I liked what he had to say, its easy to follow, and makes more sense.

      Chantel Horst I eat a lowfat vegan diet myself, it helps keep me thin.

      Chantel Horst This diet feels to be something similar to a ketosis diet. Basically starve on carbs, let your body turn the fat to ketones and burn weight faster. proteins just help maintain appetite and muscle loss. I'm other things as well. Not exactly sure if this was his aim, but normally when I see high protein diets, it has elements of this with it.

      Seriously just eat a balanced diet, we need carbs and protein and fat and all that good stuff too. Just cut everything by half if you want to lose weight. With patience and some exercise you'll will get there. That's what i did btw

      I hit the elliptical for 1 hour a day. 15 minutes on treadmeal a day. I ate three times a day. Cereal with equal in morning. Salad and protein at lunch and 4 course meal with small helpings in evening. What I've learned is do not weigh yourself everyday or it will affect you.negatively. there are about 5 things I do mentally that I believe help mentally
