I hit the elliptical for 1 hour a day. 15 minutes on treadmeal a day. I ate three times a day. Cereal with equal in morning. Salad and protein at lunch and 4 course meal with small helpings in evening. What I've learned is do not weigh yourself everyday or it will affect you.negatively. there are about 5 things I do mentally that I believe help mentally
