I wouldn't mind the POV as a one-off, but as a few others have mentioned, the others are much more informative as you can see the displays and status of what is happening. Kinda scared about all the commends loving it as I wouldn't watch as often if the channel changed to the POV only. Happy flying Captain!

@@ApproachandDepartureVideos This looks like a gopro headcam mount from the high angle and slight down tilt.
You should consider the meta glasses (prescription fitted) so that on a good day of flying (no sunglasses needed) you would be able to do both camera views and do "action replay" style sections from outside view and your eyes POV of take-off/landing segments
Personally I preffer this style because it gives a better view/feel of what it would be like to do it yourself and some extra knowledge for me in my flight sim and possibly later in life if I get accepted at an airline

This perspective is super cool and gives a great feeling of being in the cockpit. I would be interested in a video of an autoland if that’s possible. I know that you can’t see much of the world outside but it would probably still make an interesting experience. Thank you for producing these high quality videos for us.

I do not plan to stop the multicamera videos. It will be a mixture in the future: For example one week a multicamera video and the next week something different.

The new point of view is curious and interesting, but I think that the previous one that you have always used is much more informative and allows you to see the plane's controls and the information offered by the screens much better. It is a curious experiment, but I prefer the previous model that you have always used. Thank you and best regards.

Hi, just to say great video as always (of my favourite airport too!). I'm a supporter of LPMA Spotter Channel and I checked that he did capture this take-off on his live stream of 14/11/24 so interesting to see this takeoff from outside the cockpit too!

I think I like this new perspective of the "pilot's head" view it allows us to get a different view of the cockpit interior and instruments etc. without also having up to 7 other small screens whilst still having a view through the windscreen. I think that you now have a good mixture of content, short flights, long flights and different interior views of the cockpit. What next I wonder?

Great Video man! But why do you start with turning on Engine 2 first?
Thanks for watching and your good feedback! Airbus SOPs suggest to start engine 2 first because it powers the yellow hydraulic system. The yellow hydraulic system powers the parking brake. If we would do an engine start at the parking position, this would be important to avoid moving. For an engine start during pushback, it would be also ok to start engine 1 first.

Love the new POV angle. A small suggestion maybe you could try a polarizing filter for you cameras to maybe take some of the glare out of the screens. Don't know if it would help but it is relatively simple and is something that i use for my dashcam to get better footage. Keep it up!
Thanks a lot for your good and interesting feedback! I use already CPL filters in the cockpit. The PFD ND view in the multicamera videos is - for example - recorded with a CPL filter to avoid reflections. The problem here is that the filter needs to be exactly adjusted to the position and the light angle. If you do not do this, the screens may show up black. The constant movement in this POV video may be a problem for the CPL filter. But I will look further into it. Thanks again for your suggestion.
