Economic growth in Ukraine will almost certainly far exceed that of Russia over the next twenty years given that Ukraine has made strides in eliminating corruption - thought that's an ongoing process. If the West REALLY informed the Ukrainian government that an invasion was imminent, it is difficult to imagine why they would not take it seriously . One was launched a while back that blew up on the launch pad. Next was successful as was this one. That's 2 out of 3 and I'm quite sure the hundreds that Russia has have not been properly maintained like the one they successfully launched.
