Had a pre-order for one in OG firm. Love it so much I bought 3 more. Used KC pro Aviar for the longest time. Liked the firm overstable flight. These give me the same feel and flight but feel more comfortable in the hand.
I think there are a lot of players that believe in the magic bullet quick fix philosophy. And I believe there are a lot of disc manufacturing companies that are taking advantage of such a philosophy. You know the pitch, "reduce your score with this special amazing disc." If this were only true I would have a special putter, a special mid, a special fairway, and a special driver. Look at that, I am a better player by spending some cash...no practice required. Not exactly how it works but an easy way to sell some plastic.
I bought 2 today OG plastic and threw and putted them, probably the best grip ive ever felt. Gateway has always won me over with their grip. Very over stable putters though, i have no use for that much stability in a putter for putting, but for throwing they were just fine. I hope that if EV7 specializes in putters, that they make putters and not throwers, meaning 2,4,-0,0 straight to under stable somewhere in their line up. I also hope the grip is maintained when firmer molds come out.
EV-7 has no affiliation or links to prodigy. Besides the fact that they are based in the same state there aren’t any crossovers even if the plastic and/or molds feel similar. Also prodigy no longer makes a 350 plastic (lightweights only). It’s 300 or 350g
When I saw the rim on the first pics it looked more like a big bead aviar than a pa3. It looked more funky than a aviar though. Kind of a rough draft looking disc.
I got this putter the day it was on the shelf, I love it so much

Bottom half Harp, top half Wizard imo. I love mine in OG soft 👍
Bought a meduim for putting and Soft for throwing. Love them. Really, felt so good putting and throwing them.
Try switching that around too see what you like better
The wife and I are excited to pick these up!

Let me know if you guys want the whole story and an interview with Phil Arthur. These putters are the real deal 🔥
