The two different kinds of leathers you show here would definitely sew up differently... so that is why you see the stitching deeper in the softer leather... I imagine that if you compared two different Authentic Chanel bags you would see similar differences... Sometimes these videos come across as people desperately trying to tell people why a slight difference no one will notice was worth like $4500. I don't think you are this way but some of the comments i've seen on similar videos are laughable when they call them "disgusting tacky rippoffs" and pretend they can tell the fakes easily when they're probably just sore people can have the "real" thing for 1/10th of the price they paid.
This is a 100% correct assessment. I felt the same way - like a mug, for paying thousands of dollars for genuine LV, when my friend had paid very a fraction for super fakes that were identical (China in late 90's). These copies were sooo good, I literally had to compare them to my bags with a magnifing glass, bcos the vachetta was real and such quality workmanship AND the hardware was spot on. That's usually the only way to tell real from fake. But once a factory figures out the chemical components of the metal, forget it. Cos you really cannot tell the difference on those. That's how The real real got caught out buying and selling fake Chanel's. So how do authenticators tell the difference with those bags? it's not like the codes can tell you, they don't mean anything and do NOT IDENTIFY THE BAG! Unless you have an original box and receipt, it's literally impossible to distinguish with some of them. No matter how experienced an authenticator may be.

I have one HIDUPZ bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

Honestly I find it so hard to tell with Chanel limited editions being around. Their materials, both stitching, hardware etc being switched up for LE makes it very hard to tell whether it is an unusual LE or a fake bag.

The bag are not the same and fake is still fake bag , not valuable , not priceless and you will feel more confidence to wear an authentic one than a knock off bag . For me, If you can not afford a designer bag then don't buy the fake one , why you have to do that ? If you like the design or the looks of the bag, then so many different designs has very similar style, so you can get one . Don't try to show- off.
