David Elliott I didn’t want to use coil overs on the car my past cars have run pretty well on rubber cones and the setup works well. I would still run Perspex for racing don’t want glass smashing when I crash it.
Simon Wells cheers buddy. I’m getting this question alot but the car is only 90kgs per corner on the rear. drums are perfectly sufficient and with dual master cylinders the rears are virtually turned off to stop them locking under braking. I know some guys who don’t run rears at all. We are talking racing purposes not really road going
How does this compare with the Pro-Motive Kit? I’ve always thought Lynx was much less fussy, but for some reason they haven’t really taken off. Any thoughts?

SLcustoms Minis Yiur buildblooks great by the way. I’d think Lynx would have less drivetrain loss than the pro-motive. Is your reverse an electric motor or does the kit use Quaife’s sealed chain-drive with reverse mechanism?
