If NVDA price shall really reach $1500 per share, the market cap of NVDA would be much larger than the GDP of US, and would be 75% of the entire value of US stock markets. I don’t believe that it will happen like that, ever!
I see 10 trillion market cap coming buy mid 2026 maybe sooner & I see it gapping Apple and Microsoft who wi jockey positions. Apple using AI and Microsoft too so they will all do well the next few years barring a black Swan event or WW3. Now that Trump is in office we see the consumer confidence through the roof. Only reason Nvidia didn’t go to $165 plus after the awesome earnings is because most retailers bought call options and they would have gotten crushed paying us so once all our calls expire and they make billions off us suckers it will go up. How I didn’t anticipate this and bought puts I’ll never know. They did this two quarters ago so we knew they do this bs
Seems like the rise in cost to maintain and grow ai models also means winners will be chosen. Aka fewer companies will make ai models or use ai. It will keep growing and Nvidia will keep growing but not maybe at the exact multiples as companies scale back.
Thanks Felix, NVDA is my largest holding, Followed by PLTR, RKLB, then AXON, AMD. Question: what about Inference, and AMD Inference GPU and CPU success, as a potential challenge to Nvidia's moat ?
Maybe you mean the machines, and TSMC, the ones who can actually manufacture these devices at scale? I don't think the value is in the actual silicon...
Apparently no one understands how share price and market capitalization works in these comments! If a company reduces the number of shares outstanding through stock buybacks, the market price per share can increase without the market capitalization changing, as the total value of the company (market cap) remains the same, just distributed across fewer shares which intern increases the value of each individual share. I.e. Higher share prices 😉
Thanks for the info, but... why the heck are so many GPUs failing?? And it's a known thing? The heck? That has to bug their customers.... I get that they don't really have a choice, but... seems crappy.
@@alifahmed9309 I get that, but... like what is there to fail? These are chips with solid state components. I haven't heard of this kind of component failing at scale like this before. Perhaps I'm just out of the loop and have no clue.... just seems weird to me.
@@tyraelhermosa I am also not sure. There could be some moving parts, like fans for cooling, and failed fans could overheat the chips leading to failures. But even if that is the case, the failure rate still seems quite high as you've mentioned.
Apple’s research showing the current limits of AI could be prescient; we have gotten way out over our ski tips. AI isn’t going anywhere for a while, and when it finally does, we will know how hard AI actually is.
"current limits"... there is massive AI runway relative to proprietary data currently locked away in every company of any reasonable size. Look for companies like PLTR to help them unlock competitive value. Either they do or they die.

I agree that many investors are considering NVDA as the 'Stock of the Year.' However, I'm intrigued by which stocks might emerge as the next META in terms of long-term growth. With $200k allocated for investment, I'm seeking recommendations for companies that could enhance my portfolio's performance over the next decade.

It just might. In 2098

Major clickbait. NVDA is not going to hit 1500 dollars in the next 10+ years if ever. This would make NVDA 30+ trillion dollar company.
