Speaking of the blockbuster being fun (comment from page 275), I'd really like to be able to sort movies I haven't watched yet. I write down which one my character and sister enjoy but have to keep track of the entire list. Be nice if the game did that for us. Also let us rent in bulk! Like a check-out system. Yeah, sex is cool but I love renting out movies.
This would be nice but it would require a complete overhaul of how the system works at present; for some reason the entire dataset for each movie currently rented out is added to the save file, which is why renting out every single film at once (my attempted solution to keeping track of which I had and hadn't watched one time) caused a massively ballooning save file size and considerable stuttering on some scene transitions. Why rented movies aren't tracked using a hashing or even just a simple ID system I don't know, maybe to support backwards compatibility for saves that have rented out modded movies? It seems unnecessary.

Oh, that explains why I get a bit of lag sometimes. I also rent all movies. Then I write out all the movies in notepad and if they're good stat boosts I keep them, if not I delete. It might be wise to save, watch all the movies, note down the worthy ones, and reload the save and rent the handful picked out. I feel it wasn't intended for people to rent all movies? But like, come on, it's right there. Course imma make my virtual me watch movies.
HEY everyone has anyone else had any issues with the violet myers playable character i cant seem to see any of the blowjob scenes specificly if you pick someone up at bar or mall etc when i click on the option to blow them its just a blank screen not even a video box comes up i can hear sound though
How you meet this problem??? I mean basic game very stable. From initial release and for now never meet this. Maybe this because some mods installed? In description some of them even warning about this.

that's what i thought at first but others have reported having the same issue on non-modded version as well.
i can load older saves and play with no issue but if i make a new save and exit then load that save it gets corrupted.
Wow. Well...That's why I ask this. Maybe you have though how this happened. I just play on same laptop in same browser and problem with save never meet. Over sruff - yes, but not with saves. And for me it's just inetersting to understand how this can happen. No offense.

your guess is as good as mine, the only thing i did that could have caused this was updating a few mods so i deleted them but the problem remained, changed browser but that didn't help.
the only thing i haven't tried is a fresh game re-install and that's because the game is heavy and will take forever to download, not to mention that i have to re-download all of my mods too and oh boy that is a long list.
i've also been playing this game since its early days and this is the first time this happens to me.

Have you cleared your browser cache lately? Might be some remnant there, that causes this...

I would try playing the online version of the game, if no problems arise then you can cross-off browsers and computer.

holy shit you're a wizard, all i had to do was run ccleaner (which clears junk files including browser cache) and pouf problem gone, i can now save (damn how did i not think of that sooner), thanks a bunch, much love.

Am I the only person that exports saves on days when something good or unusual happens?

There's no more load mods button: there's enable, disable, remove, refresh, load order, add full point. So an .unpacked file is created but no modded file!
