It starts at 0:00 becuase the creator put time and effort into the other portion of the video that was disregarded as nothing of importance by the commenter. If this was a RUclipsr who stretches the video for monetary reasons than sure I’d I agree with the commenter cuz that’s selfish. This creator seems to be genuine, and that’s why I defend him. I found everything in video this informative as I didn’t know much about flyers. Unless you decided to take time out of your day to make a helpful video for beginners such as myself, then I suggest you keep it moving and make yourself useful elsewhere. Good day 2 u
