I suspect animal abusers live a particularly tortured life themselves. They must have a lot of anger and hatred for beautiful animals. They probably live a life filled with hate and take out their frustrations on both animals & people. It's a shame really that a person could even remotely consider hurting a trusting and vulnerable creature who just wants to be loved. I'm just happy there are loving people who might be financially strapped but still have a heart of gold to take in another cat or dog.

God bless you. The world needs more people like you. I take care of strays. Food adds up & vet care too. Went from no cats to 3 inside & 7 outside I feed. One had kittens & found homes for them. Have 3 fixed now. Hard to catch. But if people do what they can, it does help. Please be kind to God's little creatures & do what you can, everyone please.

After passing, I said no more cats. Had a year of mourning my sweetie... a year of no cats, then I was back to helping cats. What can one say. Guess we'll both keep it up as long as we can. She saw that she had to make a great personal sacrifice to help and she had a spiritual decision to make. If you CAN possibly help, you have to decide who you truly are. The universe takes note of this or at least your own spirit does. This kind of decision is remembered. She's an exceptional soul who sees, while working hard every day, when she has the opportunity to do the things that truly make a difference in the smallest corners and these seemingly small decisions can light the world. I still remember about 20 years ago how I didn't help a younger homeless guy as much as I could have. He was very nice and had no guile in him. He simply got a little comfortable with the help I was giving him at the time and I nipped the developing pattern in the bud and dropped him off at a church... I could have relatively easily helped more. The universe gave me an opportunity to make a difference and I didn't pass.
