@b.a.m.7679the chests are not trapped. There is a pressure plate to set off the TNT. TNT is used for multiple things to save time, which is why speedrunners break it.

There are actually 3 things wrong on the desert pyramid, one of them being something not many people know about, First off, the eyes as mentioned in the video, Then there are usually 9 blocks and 4 stairs on the top of each pillar And finally, all desert pyramid generate with 1 sandstone sticking out on the back of the pyramid, I don't know why that 1 sandstone exists, but if you look at the back of any desert pyramid, you can clearly see the extra sandstone
there are supposed to be 2 beds, a chest and a table contained a wooden fence and/or wool, pressure plate. in the stone brick house with the bookcases.

No there are. It’s supposed to set off the tnt which is why speed runners break them before opening the chests.

You could have also made a glitched end portal just like those seeds with broken end portals and changed something else. That would also fool them.

In the dungeon with the breezes i forget the name the ladders a wrong one should have a missing ladder at the bottom
Pyramid has 2 differences. The eyes being blue, but the top of the two spires either side of the entrance are missing detail ontop
