Hey Molly, love your vlogs at the moment and how honest and real you come across - thank you! I have a 2 and a half year old boy and also found it really hard getting back to myself and any kind of fitness again. I decided about 4 months ago that enough was enough (same as you) and decided to start swimming a few days a week as I always used to be a strong swimmer when I was younger and I couldn't recommend it enough. I've quickly found my stride and am feeling so much better for it. No screen time, so you get away from life for half an hour and get some exercise too without the pressure of the gym environment (which just isn't for me). Whether it's swimming or not, you will find your 'thing' but don't put too much pressure on yourself! 😘 xxxx
