This year Ukraine is third in both the adult and junior Eurovision. And also that both the adult and junior Eurovision the representative of Ukraine fell. But Jerry Heil with Alyona Alyona, and Artem are the winners for me
i can explain you why : Budget. France tv using their money for JO Olympic = Less budget for ESC and JESC... even if they send best french artist for ESC, and a stronger talent of last JESC. And second thing , their first objective since Zoé won, it's to win ESC adult.

Too mature for JESC. Remember Gaia from Malta? I knew they would fail. For example Sophie from Ireland did well because it felt very Disney and they made her look like a Disney princess. When they make girls look too mature with a too mature song they never score high. UK actually managed it really well, they picked older girls with more mature songs but made it look very JESC.
@@aubs.eq. We watch JESC, ESC and SanRemo always with the entire family as my grandfather is a professional musician and my younger cousins have already a musical career and are only 5 and 8y old. They asked why these women were in JESC and thought they were much older than me. Not to discriminate young teens but for Gaia from Malta and Ireland this year it was too much. They made them look like adults women and it doesn’t fit in JESC. All the last places looked like adults instead of teenagers.
Okay let's compare the country results Armenia esc and jesc both songs camed 8th Ukraine 3rd France 4th Cyprus jesc has the same placement as luxembourg esc finishing 13th Cyprus by esc and Ireland by jesc soo robbed. Armenia was very robbed through 😢I mean vocals were most argued but his charisma was so energetic
Before the contest started I knew some countries would fail even with the most amazing performance because it’s every year like that. When the singer and song is too mature it always fails. Remember Gaia from Malta? UK, Armenia, Poland have had more mature teens and songs in the past, but they always felt very JESC, the outfits were kept very young and the staging too. Ireland and Estonia felt more ESC than JESC. As for the results I completely understand the jury ranking because Georgia, Ukraine and France had the most confidence on stage. Georgia had without any doubt the strongest vocals and lifted a rather average song up to a masterpiece with that performance. While most kids at his age have an instable voice, he was flawless and he looked like a boy who just came out of his diapers with 20 years of singing experience. Some people were shocked that Albania ended up so high. I wasn’t because she was so confident, nailed it and like Georgia, Ukraine she was able to put all her emotions in the song, which for example Portugal failed. She needs to gain more confidence because I didn’t believe what she was singing. She couldn’t sell her song yet. Even if that girl has a huge potential, it isn’t there yet and I find it a shame that televoting never goes for quality. Portugal wasn’t winning material. Only Georgia and Ukraine were. The vocals of the Ukrainian boy were impeccable but not as strong as Andrea and his confidence was admirable. They are both still children but have already more talent than a lot artists we saw in ESC. A Spanish friend was shocked that Spain didn’t made the top 3. I never told him but I never saw a winner in Chloe. The song was fun, she’s so cute and fun but she can’t sing. I don’t see her having a future as a singer. I thought Armenia would end up in the top 3 before the contest. I still think it was an amazing total package again but Leo was overdoing at some point. That little one has already more confidence than 100 adults together. The result might be a bit disappointing but they should be proud anyway. They never ended up outside the top 10.
Who cares if you believed what Victoria was saying? Evidently thousands of people did and that's why they voted for her... Despise people like you that think they know more than everyone else
@ Televoting is a joke because everyone can vote for their own country. What counts is the jury voting. And btw entire JESC is becoming a joke with all these old men it the arena. It’s disgusting. I hope Italy gets out of jesc and esc because we don’t support this crap. They are turning a family show into a disgusting circus. 🤮🤢
Disagree strongly with some points. I bought everything Victoria was singing, although she didn't sing as flawless as Artem or Andria. I feel like that argument goes more for Estonia. Maybe it was too mature, but most importantly it didn't hit as hard as it could've because Annabelle wasn't selling it. On another note, Portugal was absolutely winning material. The song is such a standout from this year's lineup it's crazy. After the performance less than before (because of the vocals), but that changes nothing about the song. I think it would even be competitive (studio version) in ESC. Furthermore, Victoria stands out since she wrote Esperanca herself, the only artist this year who did that. She's maybe not the best singer of the year, but the best artist for sure.
@ It’s the total package that matters and Andria was the only one who lifted his song up into a stunning masterpiece. At such a young age it’s mind blowing. It was perfection. That’s why he totally deserved that victory. And he’s going to become a huge star. The confidence he has, the stage presence, the staging which was telling a story and it looked fenomenal. But he was the huge star.
@@GianniDN I'm not going to say his victory was or is undeserved. The song may be worse than Portugal's (by a lot actually) or Ukraine's but his vocals were absolutely amazing and put it on their level. Andria definitely has a bright future. But saying that Portugal never was a potential winner but Georgia was one instead is objectively wrong. Ah and what I forgot: France was not a deserved Top 3 jury finisher. He may have been more confident than Victoria or Nikol or maybe even Ramires, but the song was just way worse. Also there was zero staging. That's obviously not his fault, but if the whole package counts then France is wrong in any Top 3.

I am the only who remarked that artem start to crying before the end of his song 😢
Artem Kotenko is the best. For me real winner❤❤❤
What i think about France this year: they tried so hard not to win😂
And still achieved top 5 😂

I found France very strong again. I was sure he would make the top 3.
I think they tried. They sent a really good vocalist and a fun, catchy song
