Watching those roasted and caramelized hazelnuts go into the blender was so hard. I wanted to eat those just as they were. They looked absolutely delicious on their own.
My thoughts exactly! They would make a great snack.
Fica delicioso.
🤔 they are making bearded candy . They also sell roasted on their own .
❤❤❤❤
I bet they'd be really good in a popcorn ball 😁
This has to be one of the most fascinating. Creative. Things ive seen
Yeap, very creative...

This is one of the most high-touch products I've ever seen manufactured. It really makes it easier to understand why luxury candies are so expensive.
True💪
Agree... Well worth it when you see just how much time and effort goes into such candy.
I have no patience..😅
You should watch a japanese shoemaker making luxury shoes for men.
Lost me when they put it in cement mix.
I used to work at a place that rolled their waffle cones by hand. We had to bake the cone, then slowly roll it with a tool into a hollow cone (basically like the thing they use but hand-operated) and leave it sitting there with the seam at the bottom till it got stuck together. It was tedious as hell.
I can totally see how that would get old fast. Still, fresh waffle cones are unbeatable!
Sounds like a lot of work, but I bet those cones were next-level compared to machine-made ones!
Wow, hand-rolling waffle cones must’ve taken some serious patience. Definitely not for the faint of heart!
All I can say is wow!! I have never seen candy made like this and I was so amazed at how it turned into fine strands of sugary goodness! Lovely and delicious I'm sure. Nice work!
it is not even close to the original.

That’s a lot of time and effort put into making those candies. They look absolutely delicious!
I finally had this dragon beard candy and it's really good.... I went to Korea in 2023 and saw the guy make it... apparently it also last for about a year too but not in my case lol
I’m stunned! I never expected it to turn to threads.
Anyone else watch (in wonder, impressed af, btw) & think can’t anyone find that man a larger silicone baking mat?!
That looks amazing, worth the price with all the work that it takes to make them
How much is it
Whaou, that was mad prep, for few second of pleasure. On my dégustation list.
The skill and artistry is just riveting to watch. Wow !!
Seeing people who are good at their job work is riveting no matter what it is they’re doing
They look absolutely yummy. The way the horse hair is made is mesmerising to watch, but to turn out like those morsels did, it looks like it is well worth the effort that goes into making them. And yes, I too thought it was a shame the roasted hazelnuts got blended down, but to think that is now in the middle of the horses' hair, well, it makes me want to go to Japan just to get some to try.
Now I would LOVE to try this. Amazing technique!
You had me at candy fried hazelnuts. 🤤
Looks like hair. That’s amazing

Looks mouth-watering!!

My back hurt just watching this 😭 But my mouth is watering, too!
That was so fascinating to watch. Yummy! 😋
Wonderful cooking recipes, good sharing!
Oooo dragon beard. Ive always wondered what that would taste like. Since it was stretched out, it looked interesting to eat. Especially when you wrap it with things. Like nuts and other snacks. 🤩
So many comments from our worlds citizens. Candy truly is an expression of love...❤
It was stolen from China Xinjiang traditional snack
Sincan yerli halki da zaten Uygur Türkleri dir
This was so cool 😊❤
@ about 8:54 it reminded me of that silly putty we used to play with as kids. It came in a little red egg...unless you got the glow in the dark kind and that egg was an off white color if I'm remembering right. you just couldn't eat it although you know someone had to have tried as some point. 🤣 good times.
Lindo trabalho.... Deve ser delicioso.. Brasil 🇧🇷
Looks delicious 😋
Truly amazing and Thank you for sharing 👍👍👍👍
I gotta try these.
Love watching everyone make candy on metal tables which holds onto heat rather than a marble slab which draws away heat more quickly.
So beautiful
I LOVE DRAGONS BEARD CANDY
It’s like pashmak from Iran. Sublime. Off to Taiwan
Profesionalismo totalmente ❤
So amazing. The work involved is lengthy & taking years to master their technique. I wonder how long the apprenticeship is? 5 years ? At least.😊❤
Amazing!🎉🎉😂
Un Dulce CHINO, GUAHUUU que rico, QUE LINDO TAIWAN ES CHINA.
My first thought was, what kind of creative mind comes up with this process? 😮
ruclips.net/video/NxpKbG-GqiE/видео.html
I think the microphone is actually attached to the various cooking utensils. 😂 Cool video. :)
Fascinating process
Looks mouth watering
Que trabajo tan especial, 🇦🇷
Mmm yummy metal shavings
So skilled work.
It looks just like Korean honey, but why does it look more delicious^^
Do you sieve the discarded powder? The smaller broken bits could be sold as a product in its own right like a dessert garnish in the different flavours that you make.
AMAZING!
Wonderful
❤
It's similar to Indian sweet Soan papdi
This reminds me of a Pakistani/kashmiri treat i grew up with called pattisa which is delish essentially the same but more nutty ♥️
Being from the Orient, it makes sense that they would stretch out the candy using basically the exact same technique that they use to make noodles.
