@Alexander Alfons This was a skydive from a helium balloon at an altitude of 39 km (24 miles) which is from the layer of the atmosphere known as the stratosphere. That's why this venture was officially known as Red Bull Stratos. Any reference to this jump being from space is incorrect. So just tell everyone again, what makes you think this skydive from a balloon never actually happened?

You know I am very annoyed. I don't believe this was fake. But why ON EARTH did these people use a fish eye lens. I'm sure the producers thought "It will make the earth seem rounder and that will be more dramatic cause it looks like we're high up". I am not a flat earther, but you can clearly see the curve you see in the video is from the fish eye lens. Without it, the horizon would appear flat (see 1:42 at 0.25 times speed, the horizon becomes straight and then even curves up) BECAUSE they are not high enough to see the curvature of the earth.

@@jacobpeters5458 According to the most common definition, space starts at 100 km, also known as the _Kármán line._ In reality, the atmosphere just gets thinner and thinner with altitude without any sharp boundary to space.
