    I've watched your compilation of day 1-32 and I'm very impressed with your growth, I'm only at day 2 of learning the planche, can you share what you've learned/give some tips?

      Thanks man! Honestly right now what is helping me the most is supinated leans and supinated planche pushups with correct form and activation. Keep going!

    Try to engage your glutes more, it looks like your lower back is dipping way too low (at the end of the video.)
    Also if psuedo planche push ups are too easy, do a 90 degree hold at the bottom and hold it for a little then push back up.

      Bro im squeezing my glutes so much thats why its dipping low, and its supposed to dip low👍🏻

      @@hydrogen.calisthenics Strongest glutes I've seen in my life 💀 I was wondering cause I was like he's engaging his core too so his glutes have to be engaged somehow
