- The Western Hockey League (WHL) is a major junior ice hockey league based in Western Canada and the Northwestern United States. The Toyota Center in Kennewick, WA holds around 6,000. The same as the CN Center up in Prince George as they are the exact same building. They liked the Toyota Center and took the blue prints home. Seattle holds less then the Toyota Center in Kennewick.
