Nick, Thank you for all the videos and all this wonderful information. You'll probably never even see this but here it goes any ways. I am brand new to this "hybrid athlete" training and I have to say, I absolutely love it. You have been such a great tool for me to get started and I use A LOT of your information in my own training. I was a fat old veteran at 341 lbs when I started in the summer. I couldn't even run because it hurt my knees and back too much. Now I'm down to 274 lbs and I run 5 miles almost every single day. I watch a lot of your RUclips stuff just so I can get insight to how I can incorporate this hybrid training into my own training and new lifestyle. Right now I'm currently at a sub 10 mile and I am trying to improve that sub 10 by utilizing some zone 2 training. I also lift M-F. I lift in the mornings and run late afternoon. It's what works with my schedule the best. I'm also big on calories and my macros, I know your not a huge macro chaser but, since I am trying to lose fat and build muscle in a calorie deficit I find it very important that I am tracking my intake. I'm currently eating about 2600 cals a day and burning about 32/3700 a day, according to google fit. I try to eat 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% healthy fats. I ensure that I eat ZERO sugar and I do not waste calories on junk. Every time I'm in the gym I am always going one more. One more rep, on more set. And I will continue to go one more when it comes to my running. Next week I will add 1 more mile to all my runs and will keep doing so until I can hit that 10 mile mark. My goal is to run a half marathon next year at a sub 10 mile. Thank you for all the information and inspiration in your videos! Keep going one more and I will do the same. Thank you! -Will Vaughn

Nick I'm curious about these super early mornings - I've been doing the same recently and I'm definitely a morning person - but struggle with awake hours and bedtimes with friends/family when i'm sleeping at 9/10pm - getting up to workout before everyone is up. Would be good to see an evening/night routine/ sleep protocol. keep doing what you're doing man. killing it!
Best morning routine video I’ve seen. First I’ve seen with the family included. Highly-relatable. Easy to think family obligations get in the way of staying fit / personal pursuits, but how backwards is that. They are the way. Thanks for sharing!
Creating a schedule and tag teamming is so important as parents of young children. I am not a morning person, but lunch time works best for me and helps reenergize me for the rest of the day. As a new father, i needed this thank you
Excellent as always. I try to incorporate most of the things Nick does to my daily routine. Been following this man’s life for years. Great role model.
BLESSINGS to your beautiful family brother, you are a great inspiration to me and my family. Hi from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Tried the eggs with oats mixed in and really enjoyed it. Didn’t have a carton of egg whites so I used just eggs, but found it very delicious and glad I tried it. Now to find some new hot sauces.
Live this kind of routine videos, day in the life videos, its great. Tks man
You guys are my inspiration to be great. I hope to have a family like this one day ❤
Didn't realize you guys moved to Franklin! We just visited 2 months ago and my ears perked when I heard "Frothy Monkey." Moving to Founders Pointe in June!
Man I have to say, I am so jealous of you.. what a dream life , keep working on content it’s give an inspiration 👍👍👍👍👍
I actually laughed out loud when the camera fell in the beginning lol
Thanks for sharing the books Nick! I already get the show your work one...hopefully a great reading 💪💪
Awesome been following for years. Nicks the man! Side question What coffee machine is that?
I was wondering that myself!
I've been watching your videos and using some of the BPN products for a few years now. Great advice and motivation as I've worked through a couple Ironman's and a hand full of marathons. Love the content and welcome to the "Training Dad" family. It's a fun juggle, but you're killing man.
Love the Steph and Charlie cameo
Can you do a video of your full stretching routine before running please
Congrats, man! A really enjoyable video to see. It’s totally possible to be a present and loving father, a good husband, an honest worker and an athlete (the last helping out the others). Thank you for the inspiration! Cheersss
What time do you go to bed and do you take naps during the day? Thanks, you’re an inspiration to me.
First video I’ve watched from you, and now I’m a new subscriber.
God bless and merry Christmas.
Thanks for inspiring one more family! Cheers from Brazil!
Awesome man! Looking forward to producing a life similar to you in the next couple years.
Merry Christmas BPN. Thank you for the Inspiration.
Bro rolling his feet on that ball and then placing it in the fridge with food is craaaazy lol
Teamwork makes the dream work!
Nick awesome rountine however, being a security expert never ever leave your garage door open when you leave for your run bad practice. Keep getting it!
Nice video, lets see the afternoon & evening routine!
This is great ! But a lot of us commute an hour to work and start at 8am, and wife has to go to work at the same time too. So for a normal person like me, I feel like this would be more a weekend routine. I definitely don’t have time to get coffee at a shop when I’m done working out in the morning during the week lol
Great video!! Now time for a full day of eating now that you’re back to build!
Were you a college/pro athlete? The reason I ask is your one of the most athletic runner/lifter iv'e ever seen in "real life," Nic S. in Iowa!
Lost me when you mixed the oats with the eggs lol
Amazing video Nick as always. Love seeing Stef as well and part of her morning routine. Keep it up guys, super motivating! ❤
