the cognitive part wasn't researched enough, because B12 comes from bacteria and not animals, we humans used to get B12 from water and roots/root veggies because the soil also had B12 producing bacteria but now we don't drink natural water and the soil quality is degraded now, and the animals that people eat are also fed B12 supplements because they don't produce a lot of B12 either. And vegans don't only get their B12 from supplements but also from nutritional yeast, some kinds of mushrooms, tempeh, fortified food, nori etc. and also that girl who died on a plant-based diet had an eating disorder called orthorexia and she became plant-eater to hide her eating disorder, she also didn't drink water for 6 years and she didn't cook her food either
Well, I am a Muslim non vegan, but I vote for ❤❤vegan food. I know it looks hypocritical, but I live in Pakistan, and we don't have many options for vegan food. Gaurav says that we should take both non-veg and veg in balance, but I think non-vegan food is connected with taking someone's life, separating parents from children, and many other forms of cruelty too. I was a non veg eater. It's been 3 months since I shifted to veg diet. I'm telling my diet. I'm 65kg wt. I eat Paneer, Soya Bean and Mushrooms shuffling each day like two days Paneer then next two days Soya and vice versa with rice and daal during lunch. I drink sattu every week or eat nuts ( cashew, almonds and walnuts ) before going for morning walk. I eat either moong or masoor dal, every day during lunch or dinner and kele ke phool ki sabzi and red spinach sometimes. That's all. If you want to go for veg diet then you have to consume dairy products because you need equal protein to your body weight.
If anyone goes to the gym then you can make a shake with Sattu. Add jeera, salt and lemon with sattu water. You can also add by grinding pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts into the sattu powder. If you have low pressure then skip pumpkin seeds as it lowers blood pressure.

My friend is a non vegetarian. Last year suddenly he thought of becoming a vegetarian and stopped eating all non-veg including egg. After 3 months he felt sick and got fever and his bones and muscles started to pain. After tests it was found that heI was defecit in vitamin D and B. So no sudden decision of becoming a vegetarian. Vegan is incomplete diet for Humans. I was a hardcore Non Vegetarian once and and now turned totally Vegetarian. I can tell you my personal opinion. When I left the Nonveg diet, initially I was craving it like some drugs, but eventually the craving gone away and my below points improved alot. 1. Stamina, as I practice martial arts, stamina is the key. 2. Acidity, gas and indigestion problems are totally gone. 3. At mental level, I could not see any changes. I don't think our mind powers are based on our diet. Some are naturally smart and can do multiple calculations and some are naturally slow. I've seen people making dumb mistakes irrespective of their diet. The brain development during evolution is not based on Nonveg diet, but cooking the food. As we are cooking anything, we are changing the Structure of that food and it became easy for digestion compared to uncooked food. E.g. A raw leaf of spinach will take more time to digest thn the cooked one.
There is a guy in my class belongs from muslim community, consumes meat 4-5 days in a week and having sharp mind with good intelligence. Meanwhile, similarly there is my cousin and his family adopts flexitarian diet in which both veg & non veg included. My cousin's academic performance is excellent. I believe it's just a myth to say that meat will shrink your brain power. If that's the case then nation like Japan, korea, China, USA etc should not have been developed this much! Ultimately, it's all up to an individual wether the person want to live only with veg or only with non-veg irrespective of concerning about own's cognitive development. In my personal opinion, overwhelmed consumption of anything always harms. Then technically, people concerning for thier nutritious health must adopt flexitarian diet i.e. diet of both veg & non-veg.

I was a non veg eater.
It's been 3 months since I shifted to veg diet.
I'm telling my diet.
I'm 65kg wt.
I eat Paneer, Soya Bean and Mushrooms shuffling each day like two days Paneer then next two days Soya and vice versa with rice and daal during lunch.
I drink sattu every week or eat nuts ( cashew, almonds and walnuts ) before going for morning walk. I eat either moong or masoor dal, every day during lunch or dinner and kele ke phool ki sabzi and red spinach sometimes. That's all. If you want to go for veg diet then you have to consume dairy products because you need equal protein to your body weight.
If anyone goes to the gym then you can make a shake with Sattu. Add jeera, salt and lemon with sattu water. You can also add by grinding pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts into the sattu powder. If you have low pressure then skip pumpkin seeds as it lowers blood pressure.

My friend is a non vegetarian. Last year suddenly he thought of becoming a vegetarian and stopped eating all non-veg including egg. After 3 months he felt sick and got fever and his bones and muscles started to pain. After tests it was found that heI was defecit in vitamin D and B. So no sudden decision of becoming a vegetarian. Killing animals is a great sin:
🪷🪔Meat is a component which is also found in vegetables, pulses, milk etc. Its presence is not only in the body.
🪷🪔Now you can say that plants have life! On the surface this is true, but there is a big difference between plants and animals. The first step we see in plants for food is harvesting (killing). When we collect (kill) plants they do not react normally like a living animal. Also, the plants that we can eat to survive naturally become lifeless after maturity.
🪷🪔On the other hand, before or at the time of killing an animal, but from this general perspective, the suffering of that animal or its intense struggle for survival is observed.
🪷🪔"Shradhtraya-Vibhagyoga" is also mentioned in the seventeenth chapter of the Gita.
🪷🪔Three types of food have also been mentioned. Namely: 1) Satvik
Diet, 2) Rajas diet and 3) Tamas diet.🙏
We should thank God who gave us ability to Digest and consume both Veg and Non veg.
And if we consume veg and non veg in in balanced quantity and cooked in healthy way it will be very beneficial for us.

Vegan is incomplete diet for Humans. I was a hardcore Non Vegetarian once and and now turned totally Vegetarian. I can tell you my personal opinion.
When I left the Nonveg diet, initially I was craving it like some drugs, but eventually the craving gone away and my below points improved alot.
1. Stamina, as I practice martial arts, stamina is the key.
2. Acidity, gas and indigestion problems are totally gone.
3. At mental level, I could not see any changes. I don't think our mind powers are based on our diet. Some are naturally smart and can do multiple calculations and some are naturally slow. I've seen people making dumb mistakes irrespective of their diet.
The brain development during evolution is not based on Nonveg diet, but cooking the food. As we are cooking anything, we are changing the Structure of that food and it became easy for digestion compared to uncooked food. E.g. A raw leaf of spinach will take more time to digest thn the cooked one.

There is a guy in my class belongs from muslim community, consumes meat 4-5 days in a week and having sharp mind with good intelligence.
Meanwhile, similarly there is my cousin and his family adopts flexitarian diet in which both veg & non veg included. My cousin's academic performance is excellent.
I believe it's just a myth to say that meat will shrink your brain power. If that's the case then nation like Japan, korea, China, USA etc should not have been developed this much!
Ultimately, it's all up to an individual wether the person want to live only with veg or only with non-veg irrespective of concerning about own's cognitive development.
In my personal opinion, overwhelmed consumption of anything always harms. Then technically, people concerning for thier nutritious health must adopt flexitarian diet i.e. diet of both veg & non-veg.
